Ordered Desktop PC on 25th Aug and paid delivery charges for collect plus next day delivery.
Item was not delivered on 26th Aug. Today (27th Aug) I called customer service and they were very rude and unapologetic and did not resolve issue apart from saying that you will your order today. I emailed customer service and they refunded delivery charges. At the time of writing this review I see on delivery tracking website my order was not delivered and returned to Depot again.
Company returned delivery charge but I have not received my order. I am not worried about delivery charge but I need my order for which company has charged the full amount. I would have rather bought the same item elsewhere if they have not promised to deliver next day.

Even though there was an issue with my purchase (a missing part), Appliances Direct acted quickly and resolved my issue satisfactorily. I would recommend to my family and friends. They are friendly and courteous and respond quickly.

Ordered the Synology DS218 from Servers Direct as they were the only people to have it in stock, bit of a bonus that they were also the cheapest. It arrived the next day as expected and was well packaged, email updates all the way along the process. I have used and recommended Laptops Direct previously so when my Google search for a DS218 turned up Servers Direct I knew everything would go smoothly.

Ordered my items at 18:00 and witht the next day delivery option i received them at 10:30 the following morning. Great service and communication throughout.

In the olden days, I used to go to PC World and wander around their laptops until I found one that looked good and I could afford. Six years on, after considerable online research, I settled on a computer offered at a competitive price by Serversdirect. I paid for it on a Sunday and it arrived via DPD midday on the Tuesday, in immaculate condition. A faultless service and the laptop is pretty damn good, too.

Wrong technical advice given on server parts, customer service doesn’t seem to be in anyway connected to the sales department. So when got an issue I’m stuck with goods struggling to return. It’s literally just drop shipping by sounds of it without any technical knowledge of what they are selling. Cheap is always best as can cost more in long run.

I brought a TV from buyitdirect but after 18 months it developed a fault at first they didn't want to know so I did some homework and they had it back for test unfortunately it took nearly a month for them to sort but lucky they said it had developed a fault and are sending me a replacement brilliant thank you

The lead piece of the charger was missing from the phobe i ordered. Quick part refund was one of the options offered to me by the company. Very quick, very direct (pardon pun). Great customer service. Phone was in excellent condition. No problem recommending this company

Ordered a MFP and it arrived in quick time. Then days later they called to try to get me to up the rating. You are not supposed to game the reviews.

Received a notification that order is on the way 4 days ago, now received request to review yet there is no tracking info, order hasn't arrived and website says still awaiting dispatch.....so not a great experience, just confusing and takes me from 'great that was quick' to very disappointed and frustrated.

The whole experience of ordering, delivery and checking out after sales queries was brilliant, customer service was very good and put me through to NEFF who answered my query. I would recommend Appliances direct.
