!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! Would give 0 stars. Took money for an item they said was in stock. This was a Christmas present and upon chasing them they advised me it won’t arrive until feb. I requested a refund and they then lied again and said they will send it tomorrow (this was 4 days ago) still nothing so chased again and told my money will be refunded in 72 hours. What a joke !!!! There is no way I’d be able to order in time for Christmas now. AVOID SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Takes money for preorders knowing they do not have the stock allocation. Sent an email asking for more information about delay and they then don't even bother to respond. !!AVOID!!

Avoid. Use a reputable company instead. I have been patiently waiting for a product that released for everyone else in the world ages ago. They keep stalling and stating even though they have the stock they do not know when they will send it to me. Absolute waffle.

I hadn’t heard of Seventh Dimension before but having played Lorcana at UKGE I scoured the Internet and they were one of the few places still offering pre-orders.

I ordered close to £100 of items and eagerly anticipated their arrival.

The release date came and went, and while everyone else seemed to be getting their Troves and Starter Decks delivered I hadn’t even got a dispatch email.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it was sure to be a busy time… but after a few days I emailed only to be told that:

- They didn’t know how much stock they were getting

- They didn’t know where my order sat in the queue

- They couldn’t tell me when I’d get my order but it would probably be before the end of September.

The reason they still had pre orders available when nobody else did became clear; they were taking orders for stock they didn’t even know if they’d have.

Luckily I managed to source everything elsewhere and cancelled my order with them. The fact they processed the refund so quickly is the only reason I have given them two stars.
