Customer service did not respond to my cancellation of an order. It was sent and called customer service and was told could return at their cost and total refund including original shipping and handling would be received. I received a discounted refund greater than the original cost and return postage. I have sent two e-mails regarding the discrepancy and have not had reply for over 2 weeks.

I hate the ionic comfort. I don't know why you discontinued the ionic breeze but I would gladly pay for an old one that you have sitting on the shelf in a warehouse somewhere

The portable screen came two weeks after the ETA we were emailed plus it was damaged and we have to send back.

Basically tricked me into ordering not disclosing the item was not available. When I ordered it said would ship in 2 days after order was processed. Did not notify Me that it was delayed. I had to inquire. Bad business.

So far it’s been great. No complaints.

Unit (instructions) indicate it should run for 30 minutes before powering down. Actually the one I have powers off after less than a minute. Is that normal?

Horrible experience. Received the wrong item and then denied a refund. Forced to accept a gift certificate to purchase something else I DONT WANT. Will NEVER, knowing, do business with your company again. ROTTEN business practice, the old bait and switch, then too bad so sad to the consumer.

I got this for my nephew who is an avid golfer; he thinks it would be good for people who do not putts square. The triangle disks are plastic and do not move easily.

I got just what I wanted and it works fine. it is a multiple connector for usb3 power for my devices.
