Even though my mother couldn't use the item we purchased. We had no problem returning it, hassle free.

Loved my purchase from Sharper Image. The order was delivered as notified!

I have three 1 Acre Flaying Insect and Mosquito Trap lamps and bought the replacement UV bulbs from Sharper Image. The first order (with one bulbs pack) arrived and the bulbs were not UV. We place a second order and the UV bulbs came loose inside the box. I am giving them 2 starts just because I called for the refund of the second order and they did it right away. They told me that I do not need to return the product (second order) and well, I installed the bulbs and of course.... they did not work. Unfortunately I am not buying again in this site.

NO installation instructions with art canvas tripod and customer service did not follow up with the instructions as promised!!! I am not calling again as the last call to customer service took forever and still the issue stated above was never resolved!!

I love them! I ordered more of the Ionic Comfort Purifiers because I have them in my home already. I like that I don't have to order filters, which I feel is a waste of money. I have to change the filters more often than most due to Asthma and a lot of different allergies. They are quiet and do an excellent job in purifying the air.

The five disc cd player I purchased from you works wonders and it was delivered so quickly thank you very much.

Great exercise machine that takes up little space, was super easy to assemble, came very well packaged and arrived on time.

I use this frequently because of its small footprint it is easy to keep out in a good reminder spot. I use it while reading, watching TV or listening to music. You really feel it working right away.

The item was a gift for my mom, who says she loves them.
I was impressed that she received the item 6 days before I expected.

I ordered a monocular for my phone and unfortunately, the mount doesn't really fit my phone well. My phone(Samsung 9S) is just a little too narrow and so the bracket that clamps down on the top edge, doesn't even come in contact with the phone. If someone has a wider phone, then I think this would work. The other problem is stability. It should really be used with a tripod.
