The best in the business

We had a very positive experience at the Shineman Centre. The staff were professional, friendly and caring, and the optometrist carried out the examination very well, making us feel comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for the excellent service!

The best value eye check - dealt with all of my questions and detailed review of retinal scans - very knowledgeable and experienced optician.

I have dealt with this company for many years as a satisfied customer- thanks to their unfailing pleasant professionalism.

First time visiting this opticians. Clean, very well laid out, stylish and staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my son’s care from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff, spending time to offer personal advice re lenses and frames-not content until they know you are satisfied and happy with your decision.

Top class service, especially from Stephen, always attention to detail from start to finish.. From Paula Richards..

I was looked after by Lynda Watts who was very helpful. She selected a selection of glasses which she thought would suit me which made it a lot less stressful experience than deciding on my own. Nothing was too much trouble.
She was very chatty and the service I received from her was above and beyond. Thank you Lynda

Sheinmans make you feel comfortable and confident that you are getting the very best service. It is so reassuring to be able to maintain continuity with your optician. They are extremely efficient and do their utmost to accommodate your needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The Dispencer was absolutey brilliant who sorted my new glasses..... even been to The Gym at 5.30am!!

Superb service every time you go in there. Can’t fault them.

Everyone at Sheiman opticians are helpful, polite and professional. From the moment you enter the building you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. Great care is taken with full attention given to a high quality.

My second pair of spectacles gave me an equally good experience as with the first. Martyn obtained them from Japan very quickly and fitted them perfectly. To have the second pair at half price is a significant bonus
