It’s the time of year when you expect to have to wait to get an appointment because so many people need to get heating faults fixed. Shep was on time, he was very efficient fitting my gas cooker. He tested the burners then explained to me about ventilation when I was using the cooker. This was important as I have a very small kitchen. He is always charming, as I have used the company services before.
