I have had two separate conversations about products that I have ordered. One in which was brought to my attention by the Abunda staff before it became an issue. Top notch with that one. Wow! All I can say is Wow! First I want to say this website is legitimate. I wasn't sure when I first took a chance but my items came as advertised, shipping got a little delayed (over the holidays, which was to be expected) but tracking was always updated and I was compensated for it! I really appreciated the customer service personnel always understanding my nuanced questions. I know I got a real person who spoke (via email) my native language -for me it was English, not a robot. It also helped to be able to email them! I didn't have to wait on hold by phone or get lost in the system (always my experience with Amazon), and because it was via email multiple customer service agents were able to follow the thread and pick up where one left off. I will absolutely order again! I felt like a valued customer and I hope after reading this review you continue with your purchase.

Over the past 22 years I've tried several types of bidet attachments. Some have a moveable arm that swings from the side of the toilet to the center and delivers jets of water to clean the desired spot. The problem is that the arm eventually suffers from wear and tear and becomes unusable.

Some bidets have two nozzles for back and forward cleaning positions. But because the nozzles extend downward upon activation and then withdraw back up, often the mechanism fails and the nozzle leaks or doesn't retract.

I much prefer the type with a single nozzle like the Brondell FSA-15. The nozzle can be easily adjusted to tilt back and forth and thus clean both the anus as well as the female anatomy. The attachment is easy to install and thin enough that it doesn't raise the toilet seat and leave an undesirable gap between between the toilet bowl and the seat itself. This is my second such type of bidet attachment. The first one I used for 8 years without any issue at another location and left it for the new owner

Overall, I think this is the best bidet attachment money can buy. I highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service. Could not speak to anyone, could not get my product and when iasked for it to be sent as soon as possible they just refunded my money and my son was without a gift.

I received a defective laptop and with the support at abunda, all i had to do was ship it out and they shipped out another one out and no extra cost.

Although the description didn't match the item received, the return process was smooth and efficient. The personal attention I was shown by Cassie was a delight.
