I want to be clear about this. I was helped by a few good people along the way with a return I had, but KATHAN is the REASON I will continue to shop with and support Abunda. To say Kathan made my experience easy and pleasant would be a severe understatement. I was treated as if I was the literal top priority of the company every step of the way and I must say Kathan is the one the made me feel that way. Thank you Abunda and most of all THANK YOU KATHAN! I will go out of my way to use Abunda from this point forward solely from my first great experience!

I had left a very negative review here originally, because the customer service team had completely ghosted me, and there was no tracking information on my order. I was very concerned that it was lost in transit or was somehow going to take weeks to get to me.

However, it did show up after a few days (I think it was ultimately about 6 days late, which is not that bad). Still, I was unhappy with the unapologetic and terse manner in which I was handled by the customer service rep.

However, someone from the company subsequently reached out to me and apologized for all of the inconvenience, and also offered me a small partial refund on my order to account for the trouble.

This was really all I wanted -- decent customer service! I appreciated that the company took the time to do this and it completely restored my faith in them. I had been thinking they didn't care about their customers and it made me feel that they were shady all around, but just having a human being reach out to address my concerns and do something to make it right made ALL the difference.

As far as the items I received, they were all good quality and exactly as expected. They were items I had selected from Amazon, and were just what I would have expected if I had ordered from Amazon directly.

Based on my entire experience with the company at this point, I am very happy and would recommend them!

My transaction was pleasurable the battery was perfect for my hoover linx vacuum cleaner.

I RETURNED MY ITEMS ON MARCH 1ST 2026 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR THE ITEMS. $1589.15 IS WHAT IM OWED AND ALL THEY SAY IS HOW THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND NEVER DO. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AT ANY CHANCE THEY CAN.

The shopping was easy, checkout was straightforward. My problem is that the seller sold me a phone that wasn't paid off so T-Mobile locked it and now it's useless. I've reached out to Abunda for the past 3 days and the only real responses I've gotten are to ask for my order number and to let me know the seller wants me to return the item for a refund. I explain I don't want a refund, I want a replacement and have gotten no response at all. I've reached out to the seller as well and they have not responded. I'm so frustrated by the lack of follow through and the fact that I can't even call and talk to someone because there is no contact number. Not that it matters anyway since I don't have a phone I can use to make calls or send texts.

After posting this review, Kathan reached out to me and we were able to get the issue resolved. Kathan was super responsive and helpful. I got my replacement within 3 days and it's been great ever since. I would use them again if the need were to arise.
