I have shopped with Shop Impressions for years. They have quality clothing with great pricing. I had a shipping issue and they were quick to help resolve the problem. Their customer service employees were kind, prompt, and helpful. I will continue to shop with this company.

I ordered several items on August 4th. Never got them. Sent an email at the beginning of September. They said it was delivered (which it wasn't) and said they were resending the order. That never came. They sent bogus tracking numbers over and over & have now been promising a refund for a month now. Almost 3 months and no clothes nor a refund for my money that was stolen. Terrible company from China that just steals your money

I ordered clothes & footwear. I've gotten nothing but run around emails. Bogus tracking numbers and a promise of a refund for the last 45 BUSINESS days. I just want my money back.

Soho style floral mesh mini in M. I am 5’4” and weigh 135#. It is one of the most adorable dresses ever. I am so excited about this dress. First time ordering. The quality is so nice. It’s soft and it is lined and the perfect length to wear with booties. I am so excited!!!

I had two gift cards from returns I had made as they dont refund you they put it on a gift card which is fine but when I went to use them they would not work. It just so happened to be on black friday so I was trying to purchase items that were on sale. I tried several times and couldnt get either gift card to work. I sent them a message thru their website and thru email, I screen shot what I was wanting to order and let them know he issue thinking they would get the time stamped email and message thru their website to see I was within the timeframe for the sale and that maybe someone would reach out and help me (because the time was after hours and I couldnt reach anyone on the phone). I get an email on Monday after the weekend and the email basically states sorry that happened but didnt try to fix the issue. So I call them and explain what happened. They said they recieved my messages but dont know why the gift card wasnt working. When I recieved their email it was 107pm in the afternoon so 7 minutes after their monday cyber sale 40% just ended and it turned to 30%. The sale on black friday was 40%. The lady I spoke to would not honor the 40% even though they had time stamped messages and even though it was just a little past there monday 40% sale as well. So she said she could help me place the order over the phone but couldnt give me the 40% so I told her I would have to look as now my order may change. I get online and decide to just go ahead and purchase what I originally wanted and pay the difference which meant i had to pay some additional out of pocket as now my gift card would not cover everything. Well once I did that the order went thru so obviously it wasnt working as it wanted me to spend more than my gift card, But mainly posting this as I am HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED in customer service on not honoring the 40% off as the proof was there on what happened. Makes me second guess to continue to shop somewhere that doesnt make things right. (As a business owner I would have made sure the customer got the discount as the emails proved something wasnt right and well within the discount period)

The name says it all! Impressions - as in VERY impressed with this boutique. I've ordered several times now and I've never been let down. They are one of my top "go to"'s now and that says a lot because I'm very picky. Great selections, superb quality, everything you can name! Love this shop!

I have spent so much money with this “boutique”. I learned unfortunately too late to NOT order the Impressions Brand. Total overpriced crap. The name brands are fine. My LAST ORDER I used a “gift card”. What this means is they give you credit for buying stuff. A sweater I ordered was not available so INSTEAD of letting me keep my money off the rest of my order, they credit the amount of the unavailable sweater to the “gift card’” which is not a freaking gift card but just credit you get. I complained and ask them to send the sweater in a size they had. Nope I have to reorder and hope it doesn’t happen again. I just don’t understand unbending stupidity. Yes, make it hard on loyal customers so they never do business with your company again. Glad business is that good!!!

When I ordered a dress last minute, Madeline with customer support was able to help me upgrade my shipping after the fact- and get it to me within 3 days of ordering!

They always are GREAT with customer service and helpful with any questions/issues. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! This was my first time finding this online store and buying. At first glance I was excited about the stylish pieces, and great selection. It was just what I was looking for, cute and modest kind of clothing for work and to wear out. The prices were great too! It was only three days for shipping and I live in Hawaii. Very satisfied with this establishment. Will be shopping from here again!

I am in CA and shipping times range from 3-4 days. They ship almost immediately. Their clothes are quality and won’t fall apart.

I ordered the “Promise Me Dear” dress. OMG let me tell you it’s perfect! I am between an 18-20 and it’s so hard to find a dress that looks good on a plus size person and literally fits like a glove.
