SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!!!

Items were of poor quality, looked nothing like the pics and they refuse to make good on it. Even tried disputing through my credit card and they made up some story that caused bank to deny the dispute. $125 down the drain!!! I can't even sell these items in a garage sale for $5 each . . . that how poor the quality is! STAY AWAY . . . FAR, FAR, AWAY!!!

Ordered 5 items, 3 are great; the two tops don’t fit me and are not flattering. They are hassling me. I just want to return and be refunded my money. In this day and age of ordering online, this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service. Wish I would have known about their poor customer service.

I have gotten so many compliments on my tops that I have ordered from Payaler. Shipping time was great. All tops came wrapped in their own plastic package. Oh I forgot to add that I have ordered before and will continue to order from Payaler.

Got 2 dresses but doesn’t resemble the photo!! Ordered a top and a dress. $85
No refund or return option. Need to b put out of business!!

My tops are beautiful. My only complaint is that it takes several weeks to ship out once a label is created. The label was created 1/13/2023 and didn’t ship out until 1/29/2023

Absolutely horrible experience. My sweater arrived with damage on the front. Their customer service is nonexistent and they refuse to offer any return option for a $50 damaged sweater! I've asked for a return authorization 3 times, and they keep sending me irrelevant responses. I even sent them a photo, which they ignored.
Total fraud. Do NOT shop at this website.

I liked the quality of the products I recieved, nice fabric, fit true to size. I did not like the delivery, it took over 2 months to get these items, one was a Christmas shirt, recieved after the new year. You need to improve your delivery method.

My husband ordered items that did not fit or were not as described. Horrible customer service. Cannot return anything. Got minimal compensation. Will not ever use website again.

I have previously ordered from Payaler and was equally happy with my most recent purchases. The sweaters fit as expected and the quality is quite good.
