After the 2years, I found that customer service - bad, system updating but all my settings of members price gone.
I requested for a refund because I do not want to use the pos but they not allowed eventhough prorated.

Unresponsive Account Managers and Poor Service
After signing the package, the supposed account managers exit the WhatsApp group and become unresponsive. Messages are left unresponded to for days.

Very pure service. Tracking states parcel was delivered. Lies! I have cctv at my premises there was no parcel delivered.
Buy the comments in the reviews this seems to be a legitimate scamming site. I hope to be proven wrong but hold no hope....

Nothing but a scam company ordered a I-phone 15 pro max, said that I received it on 11/28/24 to my zip code 01906 never received the package, I am reporting them to my credit card to get my money back

a lot hidden charges, a lot function u using suddenly dont give u use and want u to pay, a lots bugs not stable, commission and charges very high and always calculate wrong, customer service sucks, always ignore question or just answer things not relate, seem like a lot function, but seriously not good to use.

This is my second post
Due to them taking money out of my account after stopping my account
Failed to refund my money paid due to lack of contact and not doing what I was promised
I have phoned the London number every day it’s never picked up
I have phoned the rep who never reply’s
Or answer my emails
I have contacted through there chat line and never get a responce
On Wednesday I will take out a small claims for the money spent. And time waisted
I have made my feeling known to trading standards and taken there advice
Do not touch this company if you are expecting support
They are so so poor

I have been using Shopline for the past two years. When I first started, any requests they said they can be done. For example, I was selling second hand pro wrestling memorabilia at the store and was using their Shopline Payment system, they suddenly requested that I should stop using their services, which I was fine with. But there is still part of the funds within that account that I cannot take out, when I asked them about it, they directed me to their Customers Service, which was mostly AI, completely useless.
Then they said I can no longer sell second hand items at my store if I want to use credit card payment services, as I have been starting my own line of products. So I asked them what I should do, then they told me just transfer everything to a new store front, and get a company which handles credit card payment then it should be straight, which I did. It turns out all the previous preorder information cannot be moved to the new store front, which still need to be fulfilled within the next month, all they said was they couldn't move it and told me to figure it out myself. If I could figure it out myself, why in the actual hell will I need them to help me problem solve issues in the first place?
Not only that, when I asked them for help, their personnel, who previously told me that they could move everything over, then asked me why should I keep ordering info and told me to get my business logic straight. I was absolutely pissed by that.
This company does not care about small accounts, and all they care is about taking money from small accounts to build their names, so they can sell to big companies, their OneShip platform is a little better, but it isn't without problems, but at least they were helpful.

I am using shopline for my first e-commerce webpage. On my 2nd year of domain name renewal, I try to click the link of domain name renewal sent by Shopline, it got nothing to show. After spoke to so many of Shopline agents or CS or technicians, our domain name still failed to be renewed due to a stupid error behind the whole system. We have been waiting for more than a moth time for Shopline to solve ths issue. As this website is company main income, we who will take responsible for our lost within this period??? Anyone can advice what we should do as we still been kept asking to wait for our domain name claiming until today. Shopline keep asking us to wait, saying they are trying their best to solve this issue. So when is the end for this??? Any legal action we can take?? Who we shall charge to for all of lost???

2)But a lot bugs - u need to ask every day and ask them fix every day
3)The finance charges wrong every month, u need to count again urself and point to them one by one, illegal rounding up charges if u don’t aware
4) their reply speed like 3 days, if u don’t follow up they will never reply u like they never find out solution.
5) system speed so so…
Not worth it, either u go for cheaper or expensive then this if not.. a lot issues

Totally scam. I asked for help to set up payment by messaging Shopline, no response until they were unable to attempt your second monthly payment. It wasted my money, they refused to return my first-month payment. Horrible experience NEVER use it again, not recommend.

no one has responded to my questions...left to figure it out. It's appears like it's just a program making money from your monthly fees. They say all the right things...appear in Youtube videos and other sites rate them. However, note who is rating them. It's been 4 months and pure silence...I am moving on.
Also I was trying to test it out using my paypal and the payment wouldn't work. The other option is to give you credit card information which is not an option for me.

SHOPLINE is a scam.
When my sub is ending, they sent an email and said they will end my plan if it is not paid.
I wanted to end my plan.
Knowing that it will end my plan, as long as I dont pay, I didnt pay.
Nothing is said about auto-renewal.
I didnt pay and they auto-renewed my subscription and charged my card on file. They did it on a Saturday and stoped them on Monday ; and they refused to refund.
Scam job.

I ordered from this company August 6 never received my purchases or my refund they constantly lie about returning my money I’ve emailed them over 30 times about this situation I’m very frustrated at this point that this company has committed fraud and theft against many customers and have stolen thousands of dollars and it seems their getting away with this but I’m gonna continue to fight for myself and others this company needs to be stopped immediately this is unacceptable and bad business on all levels

This site is a scam! Takes your money. Gives you fake shipping information. Emails tell you not to worry. Refund requests never answered. Same email address on all locations. Tammy Lucinda doesn’t exist!!! All research said they were trustworthy!! They are NOT!!!

I placed an order on Nov. 4th. I haven't received my order yet. No tracking information. Tried to email and my email won't get delivered. Paid too much for shipping. Just would like to know if I'm getting my purchase. I ordered too easily now I feel I have been scammed. Will be more selective on where I order from now on. Wished I could get my money back!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shopline, and I feel compelled to share it. We decided to subscribe to Shopline based on the promises made by their salespeople, who assured us that migrating from Shopify would be a breeze with just a few clicks.
However, the reality was a stark contrast. The major letdown was their customer support. Before subscribing, they pledged to "always be there for us," but this commitment vanished once we became paying customers. Our concerns and inquiries were met with silence and indifference.
The migration process from Shopify to Shopline was far from straightforward. It involved more than just a few clicks, resulting in a chaotic mess with stock discrepancies. We tried to seek assistance by providing detailed explanations and even creating a video to illustrate our issues. Yet, Shopline's response was nothing short of frustrating. They refused to acknowledge the root cause and, instead, engaged in pointless arguments.
Moreover, the so-called "free" apps they initially promoted turned out to be a deceptive scheme. They were only free for the first 500 items, after which they demanded additional payments that far exceeded what we were accustomed to with Shopify.
After a week of futile efforts and countless frustrations, we returned to Shopify. If you're considering subscribing to Shopline, I strongly advise you to think long and hard. There are far better alternatives like Shopify, Easystore, or Sitegiant, which not only offer better service but are also more affordable.
What made this experience even worse was their "no refund" policy, which they insisted on, although the problems stemmed from their platform and their team's unhelpful attitude.
In summary, my experience with Shopline was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Avoid Shopline if you value a reliable e-commerce platform with responsive customer support.

They provide a platform for scammers, they do not respond to disputes after providing them with the necessary details. They do not cooperate. Do not deal with them or any website that is hosted by them under any circumstance.
