Shopoff Realty Investments a big hoax!
I am a professional in Engineering and Finance. I invested in Shopoff Realty Investments in October 2024 in good faith for my twin daughters' education expenses. I received the first quarter interest payment, but since then, I have not received a dime. It has been 3 quarters without interest payments.
They keep on giving updates at the end of every quarter, but have had the same message for the past year. I am sure that they overestimated their business dealings and are in deep financial debt. For all we know, the company could be bankrupt. SEC and FINRA should look into Shopoff Realty Investment's suspicious business activities. Despite their empty promise to pay the current investor, they keep on offering new investment funds to new and existing investors. Bernie Madoff or Ponzi scheme all over again.
Through an internet search, it appears that Shopoff Realty Investments has had numerous lawsuits. Investing in Shopoff Realty Investments is a losing proposition. Be aware and invest at your own risk!
