I bought their smart watches and it offered two for a discounted price and itaid there were Huawei watches.When l received them there were not an where near what they advertised.l have been emailing them and at first they offered 20% and l said l want my full refund and address to send them back.They then responded offering 25% and saying l keep the watches.l refused and they responded with 30% l also refused until they came to 50% of which by then l saw that they won't refund.l accepted and they agreed to refund.Till now they haven't and have been lying untill they stopped responding.My advice never buy from these scammers

placed order 7/13/25 and im told today to allow 7 more days. it is now 9/10/25. i have ask for my money back several times now and they keep asking for more time. i bought another product and had it in 3 days. this is a terrible company to deal with. but after reading reviews i see im not the only one. do not do business with them it looks like i have lost my money.

Terrible company, Product, portable ssd, very poor quality. No response when trying to return item - avoid at all costs

The dental product was unsuitable,didn't fit my mouth, so I asked for a refund. It took five days off responding to emails offering less than the purchase price before finally getting a full refund.

Heureusement que j'ai validé cet achat ( jamais reçu) par une carte virtuelle car ils ont essayé par la suite de me prélèver 75€

I recently bought a hair remover/shaver from these people after watching the advert for this product. The advert made the shaver look excellent & was really looking forward to it arriving. Lots of communication that it was on its way, then I finally received it….. well not the one in the advert. the one they sent was light
cheap, plastic & didn’t remove any hair.
£29 for a load of rubbish!
I have & they are still emailing trying to give me a discount on an item that doesn’t work. They started at 20% now offering 50% off or choose something else from their range.
I wish I did my homework & looked at there reviews as I would never have gone there, more fool me 🤷‍♀️

They shouldn't be rated. I ordered an air conditioning fan as seen on TV but it did not resemble the item advertised. It looked like a dead trap. POOR QUALITY I refused to connect this item. My question is why and how were they able to advertise this item on TV. I have sent numerous emails to them on how to return items but they are refusing to send this and refusing to refund me. Please how can I go about this?

I ordered 2 fans from this company
.both items when delivered, were of poor quality manufacture, not as advertised, and for what they were, grossly overpriced, my many attempts at contact this supplier were very unsuccessful,as all contact information given were non existent

Ordered a fan which I saw advertised received a cheap plastic fan which was nothing like they are advertising. E mailed asking for a refund have had no reply.

I bought a fan that was not the one I received it was a cheap plastic fake this company needs to be investigate

Ordered from their latest advert for mens battery razor, which mentioned Gilette. Product sent entirely different and worth leß than $20. Complaint pending

I wish I had have read all this feedback as I've been ripped off as well. Ordered 2 x 3in1 sweepers, they arrived this morning. What a load of rubbish, NOTHING like what they advertised. Amazon are selling the same crap ones for a third of the price. I know already after reading all the feedback that I've not a cat in hells chance of getting my money back. Stay away folks.

I’ve reported this company to trading standards after ordering a 3 in 1 sweeping robot .They will not return my money or pick up ,or send a return label to their useless piece of rubbish . It’s not fit for purpose and doesn’t work ! What a bunch of con people . I’ll let you know when I hear back from trading standards or if these con merchants are shut down for good

3 prélèvements abusifs ont été effectués sur mon compte via ma CB le 25/01/25 et le 25/02/25 puis le 25/03 pour 29.90 € à chaque fois. Cela fait 5 mails que j'envoie pour demander le remboursement et je n'ai toujours aucune réponse.

These people are scum of the earth , do not buy or even give them time of the day as you’ll will get sent fake products and are none returnable, Stay away pure theiving trash of society.

Do not waste your money with this company.they are fraudulent people. I ordered set of dentures they advertised. Received toy dentures. Endless emails to return for refund. They keep prolonging by sending stupid emails wasting time.so be aware unless you have extra money to give away
