Items that they described were definitely misleading. Items shown on pictures are not what you receive. I've been asking for return information since the day I received. All they do is send endless emails ,without providing return information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will loose your money on crap cheap rubbish. The item finally arrived after waiting weeks and was not as advertised. Cheap nasty crap. Stay well away from VIPSHIP or waste your money. I can only hope this horrible company goes out of business soon. I have tried to contact them but no replies.

Horrible jumper made from some weird, super thin cheap ass nylon synthetic shit. Was supposed to be a wool& cotton blend, super thick scandian weave… it was a really bad print of something… Will never wear it.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans, 1 arrived. I couldn't believe what they sent me, I assumed that what they sent was supposed to be the "waxed motorbike jeans".
What I received was a pair of the most goddamn aweful fake leather pants!. It was made of that super fake leather that gets used when they make "leather jackets" for Barbie dolls.

It does not measure Blood Glucose and it was a different model to what was advertised. This is the second time I have been done like this from Chine. I am contacting the Chinese Embassy in London and sending the links and emails to them. I am never buying Chinese crap again. I hope Trump nukes that Fning country.

The company are constantly making excuses and not giving a full refund. I too have had many emails back and forth following the blood sugar monitoring equipment I ordered that was advertised using Guys and St Thomas logo and stating that they helped design it. It doesn’t monitor blood sugar at all. It was false advertising by the company who dragged Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital NHS Trust’s name into the mud by using it as a means to con people and the behaviour of the company is disgusting. They prey on people with their adverts which clearly lie. Never use them

C'est une arnaque! Il m'est arrivé le même problème que les internautes qui ont manifesté leur mécontentement. Un virement d'1€ que je leur ai fait uniquement pour un article gratuit (une trotinette de chez Décathlon ou CDiscount je ne sais plus) via Facebook pour payer un abonnement de 29,90 à quoi, à qui ? C'est du racket, je suis verte!!!

I bought a contraption that supposedly read glucose levels, oxygen levels and heart rate. It does not read glucose levels and the screen for the other was unreadable. I asked for a full refund and since then we have emailed back and forth with them offering a 45% (they offer 5% more with each email) in their last email. They will not accept that it does not do what I want and what they advertised it would do and that is to read glucose levels. Rant over.

Please don’t buy from this company.they are scammers.Took my £120 pounds and didn’t send me the item,try to contact them there’s no response.I don’t know why the facebook let these dogy scam people.

I bought a mini shaver. When I first charged it it started by itself and could not be turned off. Pick it up and it screeches as the blades come loose. It does not cut, it's totally unusable.
I have contacted customer services 15 times for a refund but they have still not responded. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!
