David always turns up when he says he will, gives me a report and leaves things how he found them. He has been very helpful with a weed issue I have had. When we do see each other he is professional, friendly and polite.

I was visited this afternoon by Tyronne, whom I have got to know over the past year. He is always very courteous and polite; also hard working and diligent, taking a pride in doing a good job.
