Ordered two parts, nothing came in 3 weeks. Emailed multiple times, finally get a reply saying he is sending one part out now, but the other part later next week. A good few weeks later, no second part and funny enough not replying to emails.

Ordered parts they took money straight away, however I never received products and they won't answer any emails or messages Seems to be a common thing for them now reading recent reviews and on forums AVOID COMPANY IS A SCAM

After reading the reviews on here after I’d bought stuff I can’t lie I got scared however my experience was positive I ordered an air filter and recirc valve for my st the air filter was packed and ready to go but he didn’t have a recirc in stock he emailed me to see what I wanted to do wether it be wait until they came back in or choose a different brand and even covered the extra cost of a blow off valve instead it arrived the next day packaged nicely no issues whatsoever so would definetly use again

Scammers! Took my money did not send my item, ignored all attempts to contact. Scammers!

Avoid at all costs, this company has been non existent on social media for 6m +, they nearly got dissolved on companies house - huge red flags.

They take your money including when paying for express delivery - they don’t even have the items in stock so cannot even offer express, they don’t reply to emails or any messages and if you are lucky to get a response it’s complete BS.

Never received a cancellation or a refund huge money issues this company and had to charge back on credit card luckily who were amazing

Scam all the way. Paid the order in full. Never got any delivery update. None of my messages to customer support got a reply back.

Charged back the transaction through my bank.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, sent out half of my order and then didn’t reply to my emails for 4 months. Then took another 3 months for the “rest of it” to arrive for that then to be missing a bit too!!! I have emailed multiple times since and heard absolutely nothing back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give negative stars I would avoid no matter what has to be the worst company out there. Genuinely unsure how they have business and haven’t been shut down

Purchase a set of rear bushes for my fiesta cost me nearly £50 they never sent them to me, I called, emailed and message on Facebook and no response. Now I am out of pocket and PayPal are no help at all. I have since seen loads of similar experiences with sico development. Please avoid terrible company.

Do not have items in supply and fail to refund money

If I could give no stars I would, brought the sd performance FST lowering springs of his eBay page tuning accessories and they are a load of crap, hasn’t lowered my car what so ever! Sent so many messages to them/him and blanked!!! Great customer service. Said I wanted to return them but wanted £100 labour costs to have them taken back off my car but no reply. This person is a con and I would never ever spend any amount of money with his robbing company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!

They offered a couple parts I couldn’t find anywhere else, but took the mikey getting them to me, a month later I still don’t have all my order having spent 3 weeks emailing them. Utter “mikey-take”! So much for allow a few days for delivery. At least be honest the first time you reply to me. 2 starts so this review can be seen. They promised they sent the part a week ago but I just received an email from Royal Mail saying they’ve received my parcel and will be delivered in a few days

Ordered a Oil Cooler Kit for a Hyundai, the part is actually from Hel.
Unfortunately, having removed half the front of the car, the thermostat did not fit due to a change of design. Not Sico's fault. However, what is, nearly 3 months and numerous email and unanswered phone calls, still not a single response. They still have over £500 for a product that was returned.

Immediate dispatch, part arrived next day. Win some lose some, can’t fault the service I received.

When I first ordered from this place I messaged them asking for the time frame for delivery and it doesn’t state on the website. I was told a 1 week time around. One whole month passed before I got my order delivered. The company did not at any point keep in updated about my delivery, I ended up causing more damage to the car due to the 1 month delay, I have asked for some compensation and shock I have been ignored. I would honestly avoid this place. Order from somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

I can’t even believe it wants you to rate this company, absolutely diabolical to say the least! Ordered my sports cat on the 13th June and I still have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times and called multiple times just to be ignored. I would never recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Simon, I hope you had a great time in spa spending the money your customers give you for no goods in return 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
