I ordered a induction kit for my focus st back in December, 3 months on I’m still waiting!! Having emailed them a few times and have had no replies or anything. Last I heard they were waiting on hoses. That was 2 months ago. I asked for a full refund and been ignored! Completely awful basically been robbed of £300 and not a apology or refund in sight

Yeah……. Like many others I ordered from here and did my research afterwards . Came upon this and panicked like a mofo . Well….. after correspondence from the seller and email updates on delivery I’ve received both items with no problems . So I’m just as shocked as you all reading this. But yeah happy with the service.
Crap Customer service
Really poor customer service! You ask queries before you order and they reply the same working Day and the when you do complete your order the items they come in a timely fashion. Negative comes next when you have any queries after you receive the order they never respond to emails or messages through social media platforms. I have emailed the numerous times over the last month and have also facebook messaged them 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Shocking company and Wong be ordering again from there at all.

Avoid Avoid sick developments
Ordered a part from sico development part came no problem but was missing the adaptors emailed them no reply so I had to have the adaptors made at the cost of £50 was quoted £80 to have it fitted took the car to my local ford specialists the holes on the exhaust were drilled off center so wouldn't fit straight on so had to have the holes re drilled took the garage nearly 3 hours to complete the job at an extra cost of £100 the part is supposed to be a direct replacement clearly not still no response to my emails absolutely appalling customer service will never use this company again

I ordered a set of grilles for my sons fiesta as birthday present. Unfortunately I ordered wrong colour tried to contact via phone and emails no contact. I returned them hoping to get an exchange. NO I didn't, so stupidly reordered in correct colour they arrived took them to garage and they didn't fit!! Am very unhappy £600 down now and still no replies . Would never recommend or use then again.

Ordered a milltek exhaust, Got absolutely no communication after ordering ,emailed after 14 days and was told no stock, that was the last I heard of them, was forced to contact PayPal and credit card company to get my money back, BE WARNED, CONMAN!

Absolutely Appalling Company!!
Absolutely shocking, non-existent customer service. Like many others here, I foolishly ordered items before Xmas 2020. After repeatedly emailing SiCO regarding expected delivery, and having been fobbed off with several spurious delivery dates (when he SC, could actually be bothered to reply to my emails that is) my order eventually turned up in February 2021. Do yourself a big favour and take your custom elsewhere to a reputable business. For those of you that have already been stung by this charlatan, make use of Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and instigate a charge back (only applicable to purchases of £100 or above though). It's very straightforward to do, and is perhaps the only satisfactory course of redress to obtain your money back for goods and services not received. It's laid out concisely on the Experian website, but review protocol prevents me from posting the link here. Check it out.
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely useless company, have been waiting 2 months for parts that at this point I assume aren't coming. Customer service is none existent they just ignore your emails,Facebook messages, Instagram messages haven't bothered via post I imagine their letter box is directed into a shredder. So basically don't waste your time or money.

really really poor would never shop with sico again as for my 1st order i was missing parts and i was told to send kit back and i would get a full refund but they wouldn't part refund nor replace the part that was missing also the customer service is shocking! and time limit also was vary bad it was a 4 week wait even though i was told it would be in stock the same week i ordered the kit which was a lie! anybody and every body stay away from buying anything from this company and check other reviews on here

That said after ordering a Fiesta ST 200 airbox from this company I read some of the brutal reviews on here about delivery etc. I did kinda 'panic' and think 'oh god'.
So just thought I'd do a quick review to set the mind at rest of anyone who's recently ordered. I fully understand you can have issues or disputes with companies you order from online. That said....
I ordered the airbox on Friday morning and recieved an email on Monday saying it had shipped. It arrived well packaged and as advertised on Tuesday morning via DPD. It's now fitted and working perfectly (I'm turning into quiet the mechanic through YouTube😂)
So I had no issues and would definitely order from again. I recieved the item within 3 working days and that's over the Xmas and covid period.
Just thought I'd post review as it's all a bit negative.
Wish I had took notice of the reviews
Read the reviews before buying but took with a pinch of salt. Wish I hadn’t as the part took weeks to arrive and when it did it didn’t fit. Emailed, sent photos of the difference in size but no reply whatsoever. Sent the part back and again still no response. Glad I paid with PayPal as they were able to get my money refunded having opened a resolution case with them. Will stick to Mountune in future whose parts and service are of top quality.

Wish I saw these reviews before placing an order. I never want a company to tarnish itself, 99% of businesses you'd have no issues with returning something for a refund. To return something you need to contact them for a form which is an issue when nobody answers the phone, emails or even their Instagram. Didn't know cowboys like were able to operate in 2020.
Avoid the hassle, go elsewhere. Seems theyve lost so many potential customers and I'll be actively recommending people to go elsewhere. What a joke
