This is the best Car Rental company i ever rented a car with. This year for the second time. The service is amazing. Neal or Daniel come to the train station to give or receive your car. Also during the two weeks I had the car, they were very well reachable. They are great guys and the cars are great as well!

Every aspect of our car hire went well. Picking up the car via "meet and greet" from Exeter St David's station was very convenient, the car worked very well and was perfect for our needs, and the firm couldn't have been more helpful when we decided at the last minute to return the car at a different time to the one first agreed.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Due to my car being In and out of the garage, I have needed to hire a car for a number of weeks often at very short notice.
I had first gone into a well known car rental shop due to it being very close to my work and their attitude was very off putting. I then luckily stumbled across simple car hire when I was getting off the train and I’m so glad I did as they have gone above and beyond!

Our car broke down on the very first day of our family holiday to Devon. We contacted several car hire companies, none of which could supply a suitable car for a reasonable price, nor could they get one close to us (South Hams). We contacted Simple, they found a fantastic car (Kia Nero) on the same day we called, and were able to meet us in Totnes to collect and eventually drop off. The price happened to be the cheapest of all the companies we contacted too! Fantastic service, they kept our holiday on track. Highly recommended.

Bereits am Flughafen wurden wir bei unserer Anreise von einem Mitarbeiter erwartet, der uns dann zu der 5 Minuten entfernten Autovermietung gebracht hat.
Schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung - das Auto war neu und in top Zustand. Auch bei der Rückgabe des Autos lief alles schnell und unkompliziert ab. Besonders nett war Frau Alexandra.

Car pickup at Newton Abbott Station was very convenient, after arriving by train and the Simple Car rep, who was awaiting our arrival, did all the necessary paper work, or, more precisely, iPad updates, for Budget Car Hire, whom we had used.
