We were met at Exeter station and handed over the car. It was quick and efficient. They were prompt, efficient and so helpful and also flexible as we ended up changing the drop off point. I highly recommend using them.

Needed a car urgently they provided vehicle and were helpful

I was not very happy that a pick up at Totnes station was 45 minutes late on May 30 th.

Had to hire a van at very short notice very helpful staff sorted out everything for me just a few signatures and had a brand new van waiting for me on arrival for collection, would definitely use again

They only had a long wheel base van available, which was more than adequate for my needs. I was happy with the overall service provided.

Car available last minute, easy to get to via the train station. Nice little car, clean and looked after. Also was a reasonable price compared to some other companies.

Simple car and van rental (based in Torquay) is a truly excellent car rental company. The car I hired was Kia Ceed which was in a very good condtion. On pick up I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained the workings of the car.
What made this car rental company so special is that they cared about their customers, and listened to requests, and went over and beyond expectations
to make my holiday one to remember with fond memories. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.
