SimplyOwners Avaliações

Just back from a lovely villa stay at Casa Dara in the Algarve. The villa was immaculate and well priced. The only slight worry is sending the initial deposit abroad to an owners account which feels stupid but the certificate of payment was sent to us immediately after. Apart from this it was great all round. Will use again and prefer to deal directly. No overly inflated prices. Would like to make the payment through this site in future.

Good site with good range of properties at reasonable prices. I was nervous about booking direct with owner but site safeguards and insurance were very good. I would use again as my first choice when booking a villa.

Was a little wary to begin with as I hadn't heard of Simply Owners before. I did not need to worry though. The whole process was easy and stress free. Would use again.

Amazing villa and an amazing host, couldn’t ask for anymore. Was a lovely stay, thank you

Have used Simplyowners numerous times and is an excellent company with many terrific properties.

Beautiful property in rural France. We had a fabulous two weeks. Spacious house with huge garden and a fabulous swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped, lots of fans to help with the heat! Car required as the location is a few kilometres from shops and cafes - though very near the fabulous Hautfort Chateau!
Thoroughly recommend.

Great company, good communication, fabulous property portfolio and locations. Definitely recommend and we will use again! Our hosts and our holiday were fab! 😀

This apartment has everything we need and more. It's very clean and very well stocked. There is nothing I can say that would make it better.

We have used SimplyOwners several times and have been very pleased with the accuracy description of the villas we have booked, would definitely book through them again.

There was a great range of properties in a good range of locations to choose from. We felt safe making a booking from this website. Communication throughout the booking process was excellent.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Le Châtaignier in Villefranche-du-Périgord and cannot recommend it highly enough.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed by our host, whose kindness, warmth and generosity made our holiday extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear they genuinely wanted their guests to have the best possible experience.

The gîte itself is a beautiful 16th-century property, full of rustic charm, character and history. It offers a real taste of relaxed French living whilst still providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We visited during the canicule, the French summer heatwave, and greatly appreciated the fans provided in every room. It was a thoughtful touch that made a significant difference during the exceptionally hot weather.

One of our favourite things was simply spending time outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Waking each morning to the gentle hum of bees going about their work was incredibly calming, and throughout the day we were delighted by the beautiful butterflies fluttering through the garden, their wings displaying a stunning mosaic of colours in the sunshine.

The wonderful private pool was another highlight of our stay. During the hot weather it provided the perfect place to cool off, relax and enjoy the stunning countryside setting. Having such a peaceful and private space to unwind made our holiday even more special.

The setting is idyllic, with a sense of tranquillity that is increasingly rare to find. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing after a day of exploring the Dordogne, or sitting out in the evening beneath the stars, Le Châtaignier provided the perfect place to slow down, unwind and appreciate the beauty of the French countryside.

For anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of rural France, combined with outstanding hospitality, a beautiful private pool and a wonderfully peaceful setting, Le Châtaignier is highly recommended. Thank you again Tracy.

Really great villa, very well equipped, modern, clean, perfect.

What a fabulous Villa in a fantastic location. Alison and the management team were there every step of the way to make sure our stay was a brilliant one , the communication was amazing, all instructions for our arrival and departure were step by step and very easy to follow. The Villa was absolutely spotless and equipped with everything needed for our 5 night stay. We would definitely return to this special place. 5* hosts ! 5* Villa !

Sian was great to communicate with and really helpful. A fantastic holiday house with everything you need and only 10 minutes from the beach ( although quite steep slope or steps) great value

A lovely home away from home, perfect location, within walking distance to Aldi, Lidil and Old Town Albueria. Short taxi ride to the Marina!

I found this page through ChatGPT when looking for a house in Malaga to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday (there weren’t many options on Airbnb). I was hesitant at first, but everything worked out perfectly! The booking process was straightforward and very smooth, communication with the owner was great, the stay and house were amazing, and we got our deposit back after the stay, as agreed. I definitely recommend this page!

We much prefer having personal contact with the owners. In so doing we often build a friendly relationship before arriving.
The website worked well and was easy to navigate.
Will definately use SimplyOwners again.

Everything was as described, no unexpected surprises, all went smoothly

Fantastic location, fantastic property with everything you need and brilliant hosts, thank you 😁😁
