Fantastic location, fantastic property with everything you need and brilliant hosts, thank you 😁😁

Simple, does what it should, and does it well. Booking process was straightforward.

We recently spent 12 nights at this beautiful villa in Spain and had a fantastic stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday.

The highlight was definitely the private pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing during the warm Spanish weather. There was plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The villa’s location was ideal, offering a good balance between privacy and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. It was a great base for exploring the area while still providing a quiet retreat at the end of each day.

Communication with the host Tracie was excellent from start to finish. Any questions were answered promptly, and check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free with Julie.

Overall, we had a wonderful 12-night stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Spain. We would happily return in the future.

Contact and communication with owner was easy and very quick. Booking simple and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Website very easy to use and description of property was very accurate.

Wow! What a great holiday gite and owners.
The gite was the best we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent and very quiet and peaceful, in a small hamlet, but plenty of places to visit and explore. We were welcomed straight away by Tina & Graeme who were the best hosts ever. They were always on hand if needed but they were very discreet. They welcomed us with open arms and there were goodies waiting for us upon our arrival. They made our dog, Molly, so very welcome with a goody box for her as well. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were very sad when it was time for us to leave. The pool was amazing and so very clean. The garden was a pleasure to sit in with so many flowers and an eating area with a fab BBQ too. We really hope to return again one day very soon.

Whole process of using SimplyOwners and the direct communication with the property owner was seamless.

Really easy to use and felt safe to book through.

Beautiful place to spend 2 weeks in the countryside. Amazing manicured gardens and pool area. The host is so helpful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding and places to eat. Well stocked supermarket nearby if you need provisions. The gite is authentic and geared up to a life more simple with nature all around you with the added benefit and superb gardens and a beautiful pool area. Quite simply lovely !

Easy booking process, beautiful apartment. Would highly recommend!

The Villa was exactly as described and the views were amazing.. A beautiful beach was only a short 10 minute walk away and another short walk brought you to the bus stop for easy access into Skiathos town. Lovely welcome package from the owners and great communication.

We have booked two properties in France and both were excellent. We feared that there might be problems given that we are living with fraud constantly but we were completely reassured by the booking system both times.
On both occasions I spoke directly to the owners who clearly lived in their properties. The second,in Pouillé, allowed us to visit the property to reassure us that it was genuine. That was a particularly lovely home and with regular contact with the owners who clearly were interested in our comfort, the stay was wonderful.

Photographs and description were genuine to what we experienced
Immediate responses throughout

A very simple easy to understand website, booking, payment and information driven website. Very responsive and attentive and moreover professional. Will definitely be using again

I booked apartment 315 in Skol. The whole procedure was excellent.
The booking, the holiday and the payment all went smoothly without any problems.

The process of booking was easy enough, location was as described and the gite was fabulous

Website was easy to use and booking process was thorough & felt safe.

I left a review of a holiday Villa, and so did my friend. Our reviews were constructive, and accurate but not positive unfortunately. These reviews were quickly removed, retaining only their 5 star reviews, putting the integrity of their review platform into question.

The Algarve is a great choice for a holiday. To my mind, it is the best place in Europe for food, at reasonable cost, and cleanliness is paramount.

This was our third stay at La Grange. We have always stayed here with our Children and grandchildren, a party of 13.
It suits a large group so well as everyone has their own bedroom and en suite, and there are so many areas to relax and enjoy.
The house and barn are extremely well
appointed for your every need. The kitenens are equipped with absolutely everything you could think of, and the wine fridge and ice machine as well as the air fryers are all great additions. Quality linen and towels in all the rooms and pool towels all provided.
The grounds are extensive with an area to suit everyone's needs. The play area and trampoline was a favourite with the grandchildren.
Outside. You have a choice of Gas and Charcoal bbq.
The pool is heated, steps to enter and a great size. The rollover hard cover is easy to operate and maintains the heat very well.
Plenty of seating and sun beds for everyone.
All the bikes are great quality and very well maintained
The area is very peaceful but close to some wonderful vineyards for tastings and lunch, and a great supermarket (E le Clerc ) only ten minutes away. It was so useful to be able to place a food delivery through Tracey from there for delivery for our arrival.
A great property for big get togethers,
highly recommend

It's great you can communicate directly with the owners and often secure the best price/dates etc. Easy to use. Unique places to stay in great locations.
