Don’t go here very high turnover of staff
In house bullying is going on and been covered up!

I am very happy with my purchase from VW Bridgend. From one phone call they were able to judge which was the best car for me and I reserved it straight away.
I collected it a few days later and it was in excellent condition for a used car.

These guys are second to none. We called on a Saturday although it’s not open seen a guy around the back working overtime called Phill.
He toke a look at the two scratches on front of our brand new district green Audi. He explained to us he would only need a ten minute buff as it hasn’t gone through to the paint work. Spoke to John on phone booked it in for today Wednesday the 29 th at 11:00 brought it back to me in the shop it toke them 10 mins. Will definitely be going back in future they were patient professional and you know they love cars and will look after it. Thanks guys you the best!

Never trust a Sinclair's garage , period. They ruined the injectors in 2017 during the emissions scandal and now they have fully packed in again and the golf needs to be scrapped . Wasted money on this car , never trust VW either. Sinclair's ignored all attempts to contact them about a separate issue because they couldn't be bothered . I hope they go out of business. VW is dead. Here comes the spin to get out of it, they can't find an email, when I sent 2. Shows how they are in denial.
