Good sales people
I recently purchased a car from BYD at Cardiff Gate, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. My salesperson, Connor, was incredible. He was attentive and informative without being pushy, which made the whole process comfortable. He explained every detail clearly and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. As I picked my new car up on my birthday they kindly gave me a bunch of flowers. Thank you so much! Truly made my day!
I highly recommend visiting BYD at Cardiff Gate if you're in the market for a new car.

The guys at BYD Sinclair Cardiff are really helpful and friendly. The service they offer is excellent, besides a really good informative handover of my new car, I was phoned two days later to make sure I was happy with it and if I had any questions. I cannot fault their customer service.

Don t make promises to vlients that can t be delivered as it made a difference to the overall experience of buying the car of choice

Patient and helpful sales team
Sales team are very patient and knowledgeable. Connor was available for questions but not at all pushy. The team have also contacted me since to check all is well with my vehicle and make themselves available should any queries arise on my part.
