Bought new car twice from landrover sinclair in Wales as the service is excellent i come from Surrey long journey but they give there word and all correct over and above the sales lady Eleanor Ross excellent

Our experience at sinclair land rover was a delightful one from the moment we entered to the moment we left with our new car.
They were very helpful, as soon as we started to enquire about changing our car.
The staff were well equipped with the correct knowledge about all the different Vehicles on site, as well as being extremely patient.
We left extremely happy with the service that we had received. A little special thank you to a
Angela and Sannan for all your help.
We would definitely recommend Sinclair Land rover!

My Exsperience was very poor
My Exsperience was very poor
I would not bye another vehicle from Sinclair aberystwyth
The sales person James was great with updates and through the sale but very very poor standards from valeting to the whole purchasing Exsperience with time lines
The vehicle was delivered 3 tines to be turned away for miss all over the car and paint damage along with sill clips missing. Even for the 4tg tine today being turned away by myself clips broken on the silks and still dirty miss behind door handles when spending that kind off money I would expect excellence through out the whole process but this was far from the case
The sales manager agreed that the valeting was appoling and still he sent the vehicle back to me today knowing the problems before hand for me to send it back to him yet again
My personal anion is that I would never bye another vehicle from this franchise
I was about to purchase a second vehicle for my wife but we will look else where as I’m not going through that process again
I could sit here writing an essay but I feel it would be fruitless
I will leave a review on your website to stop other people making the same mistake I did

Sinclair Aberystwyth
Purchased a Range Rover Sport from the Aberystwyth dealership. I live in Shropshire and I have experienced very poor service from local JLR dealerships in the area when purchasing vehicles in past so decided to look elsewhere. The service I received from Sinclairs Aberystwyth was nothing but professional. Angela the sales executive and Sannan the sales manager made the whole experience pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The only negative was when I first called the dealership I was told the sales team were all busy and someone would ring back but they didn’t, I made a second call later in the day and all was ok from then on. I always give a second chance but if it had happened a second time then my business would have gone elsewhere.
