This has been a 5 star experience with such a high level of professionalism add to this a high level of customer service and care shown towards myself and my wife and this is all down to Callum Chalkley in Sales in Land Rover Hay on Wye , I’ve purchased so many new cars from all of the manufacturers over many many years and unfortunately having issues with Jaguar Land Rover vehicles going back to this brand did not fill me with much confidence but after speaking to Callum on the phone and telling him the very short version of the issues that had happened 5 years ago he reassured me that he would look after me and make sure my experience would not be sort of excellent in every way , we were on this occasion not looking at a New Car but a second hand so with some worry going back to a brand I had issues with on New Vehicles me and my wife went to the Dealership to meet Callum and to look at a Range Rover Evoque and kept his promise 100% and more from the moment we walked into the dealership the warm kind reception he give us both was unbelievable ( we had just come from looking at another car from different manufacturer) , there was no pressure we had a coffee then went for a test drive and we loved the car to the point with All that Callum offered and did we did the deal there and then and it did not stop there he always kept me updated on what was happening and when we could collect the car , which we did yesterday and the experience me and my wife had was unreal soon as we walked in the dealership by Callum it was like picking up a brand new car with the added little touches which blew us both away that Callum did for us it was unbelievable we could Not thank him enough , it was a dark grey cold wet day but Callum made it so bright and cheerful when we did the handover the car looked amazing for a secondhand vehicle he had worked so hard as must have the guys in Service and Valeting get this car ready for us , so yesterday was a amazing day for me and my wife and I believe this is the start of a very good relationship with Callum in sales and with Sinclair Land Rover in Hay on Wye as this won’t be the only car we buy there now and this will be the only place we will go back to for either another used or maybe a New Vehicle……and one last this to Callum THANK YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR PROMISE YOU MADE TO ME AND MY WIFE means a lot to us both also Thank you to James for giving me added confidence on the phone to come back to Land Rover brand ….. going forward we won’t be looking at any other Land Rover dealerships to buy used or new our number one dealership is one in Hay on Wye and a Big thank to everyone there from the lady on reception to the service department for being so kind and making us feel so welcome ….long may it continue

Ho hum, here we are again - yet another top-notch review from me about this first-rate dealership. And no, they're not paying me to say this. Credit where credit's due; I gladly do this at every annual service so here goes for 2026 ... I bought my LR (Freelander 2) from here in 2013. When the salesman (who is still there, which says a lot in itself) teases me why I still have it, I always reply 'Because you shouldn't have sold me such a cracking motor in the first place'. Part of this happy experience is the unimpeachable standard of after sales service - no-one has touched my motor since, and I propose to keep it that way until the bloomin' thing falls into holes. Then I'll buy another one off 'em. There, that should do the trick. Nice one, folks.

addendum: On Tues 27th I had some further work done on my wipers - excellent quick service got me out of hole. Thanks again.
