Really love this bag and was very happy with it at first. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of careful use, the crossbody strap snapped and the main zip has also come away from the bag.
I was careful not to overfill it, so I was a little disappointed these issues developed so quickly. The tassel also unraveled, although that is something I can likely secure myself.
As I genuinely love the bag and would like to continue using it, I would really appreciate either a repair or replacement if possible.
Overall it is a lovely bag, but based on my experience I would probably recommend it more for lighter use.

My parcel got lost
My parcel got lost, it was then found at a later date, but I told sisters&seekers and they straight away sent me a replacement as soon as I found out it was lost. They were super helpful and accommodating to me. Millie was so lovely on the support team, amazing service and such nice emails. Willing to help and spoke to me like a real person not sent to an AI bot or a chat bot, just real service and I feel like she was relatable to me and apologetic and understanding. Couldn’t recommend enough. Not to mention their clothes are amazing quality and one of the only brands that fits my leg length as a tall gal! Will always be shopping with them

Manufacturing issue resolved
I recently had a manufacturing issue with a purchase I bought I little while ago, I asked for some advice on how to approach and the customer service ( Rosie) was amazing the generosity and quick resolve of the issue was amazing! I was issued advice but also a replacement.

Incorrect item received
Incorrect item received. Customer Service Team are currently assisting me with the return of the incorrect item posted back to Sisters and Seekers on 01.05.26. No further update received on when I can expect the correct item I originally ordered. Happy to resubmit my score when correct item I originally ordered is finally received.

Order took longer than expected to arrive but had amazing customer service and immediate responses from Ethan and Millie. package arrived not long after reaching out and Millie followed up and even refunded postage to accommodate the longer than expected postage time. Really happy with product and customer service.
