Order took longer than expected to arrive but had amazing customer service and immediate responses from Ethan and Millie. package arrived not long after reaching out and Millie followed up and even refunded postage to accommodate the longer than expected postage time. Really happy with product and customer service.

My hoodie was bought as a birthday…
My hoodie was bought as a birthday present for me from my hubby. When. I opened it I noticed a slight problem. Even though the time for making returns had lapsed after speaking with Ethan in customer support he sorted the returns out for me with no questions asked. Communication was so quick and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you again Ethan!!

Customer service started out helpful..
Usually have 0 problems with Sisters & Seekers, and I have never had issues with the customer services side of things, however I purchased quite an expensive bag and I have noted that the zipper is not smooth when closing, it cannot be closed when wearing the bag either so if you get something out etc you basically cant and have to take the whole bag off to close or open. Emailed customer service and provided a video showing said issue and apparently it is not a good enough reason for a return. Poorly made handbag and not fit for purpose. Customer service where really unhelpful although they started off as seeming to want to help. Poor help and zero resolution and will most likely not shop here because of this issue again.

Gorgeous clothes
I have been buying from Sisters & Seekers for years and have always loved their items; you pay more for the good quality. I haven't had any issues at all in this time until recently, but Ffion in customer services was so helpful in rectifying a recent order issue straightaway. I will always recommend!

Have ordered a lot on this website for my daughter and neice. I purchased 3 items for my daughter’s bday . The striped set I ordered she already had and I forgot 🙈( so had a laugh at that on her bday ). The thin cord cream trousers which are lovely are u fortunately to short for her. I went to return items and realised I was out of the 21 day refund allowance. Now I understand this but I had to make sure I ordered in plenty time for her birthday hence the time of ordering to return . Anyway as my daughter purchases all the time from here I thought I would be able to return and let her pick other items spending the same amount (if not more), but I have been advised “NO”. So basically they are saying keep the clothes cause we have your money now and we don’t care. Shocking customer service. Will never ever purchase from this website again . Horrible thing to do to a regular loyal customer .

Don’t promise what you don’t deliver
Order some lines for my daughter at Christmas only to get an email saying one was out of stock since I ordered so how was I able to order it? Also I signed up for the email to say when it’s back in stock, nothing from them in 6 months!
