I love that sisters and seekers are size inclusive. The jacket that I purchased is one of my fave things in my wardrobe and is perfect. Delivery was fast and on time.

Nice quality clothing
Nice quality clothing, sizes bigger than expected. I always order the long length trousers in all shops but these were far too long and had to be returned. The T- shirt was very oversized, but luckily I had ordered a size small as the one I wanted wasn't in stock!

So impressed with the customer support received from Ffion. I ordered quite a few items for my daughters but two were missing/lost during transit. Ffion was so efficient with following up on my initial query and then organising replacement items. Literally the best customer support I have received in a long time. Terrible product
Terrible product. In theory it could’ve been handled much better by your customer service. The product didn’t even hold up for a month and all I wanted was a replacement or refund on one of the many items I bought. It was a manufacturer error and there was a massive hole in my sweater. Will not be buying from here again , very disappointed

Once the tags have been removed from the item and it has been worn, it is difficult to determine how the fault has occurred. From the assessment, the hole appears to be consistent with damage by an external factor, such as the fabric being caught or snagged on something. This type of damage would not fall under a manufacturing defect.

I reluctantly bought again after a…
I reluctantly bought again after a terrible experience at Christmas. Again, l was let down when the joggers arrived with a big stain ( white bleach looking mark) and the hoodie was dirty!
However, this time the customer service from ETHAN was FANTASTIC, he dealt with a refund promptly and l ordered another set in a different colour. Delighted with the product.

10/10 customer service
Had the best customer service from Ethan today. Ordered a tracksuit but the bottoms were a size too big. Needed the smaller size for the next day and was happy to pay for Saturday delivery, however I know when doing a normal exchange, the return is free. I asked if it was possible to waive the return fee given that I was placing another order for new size and it was done - no issues (I’ll know for certain when I get the refund but hopefully there won’t be a problem). I also mentioned I’d got sent a discount code to use for my original order and if I could have a code to use for the new order, again no issues with providing it. Super happy with the customer service received! Thank Ethan 😊
