The website is so easy to navigate and they give so much information so you are aware or exactly what you are buying i ordered it on the wednesday and received early hours on the monday in perfect condition and properly prepared. The team is great and especially Millie i emailed about a issue i had not with the brand but me not ordering the correct size and she responded immediately! she gave me links ans directions to resolve my mistake and i solved in within the same hour from my email to resending my parcel. Thank you Millie for being excellent and helpful. I will 100% order from this brand again as their customer service is excellent and the quality of the product was just outstanding i’m so excited to receive my hoddie again and make so many new outfits!

I had a large order delivered to a…
I had a large order delivered to a place that had not been authorised as safe and unfortunately was unable to allocate the order. This was entirely down to courier error but after contacting Ethan via the help section he couldn’t have done more for me to put things right. He was fast and efficient with his resolution and has been able to retain a customer through this. Thanks again Ethan, you are a treasure to the company.

I received a gift that I needed to…
I received a gift that I needed to exchange for a different size. The order was past the return date but Ffion was extremely understanding that it was a gift that I just received and extended my returns window for 24 hours so that I could make the exchange. I am delighted with the level of customer service I received with this issue. I am always happy with the quality of the clothes too and would recommend to anyone.
One thing I would note is free returns is not available outside of the UK, but I think the clothes are worth it!

issues with returns (not flexible at all) and poor quality
I made an order and wanted to make a return. I am a new mother with a small baby and have very little time. I contacted their customer service as I was unable to access my account and could not locate my order number. I received an email a few days later asking me to send over information which I did.
I was then told that I was outside of their returns window (even though my initial email was within the timeframe) and that they would not honour my return.
I don't think this is very flexible given that I did contact them within the timeframe and have evidence to show this. I've not known another company be so strict.
I have been a loyal customer but will not be ordering from them again and the quality isn't great for the cost.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service you received, this is disappointing to hear.
From looking into this further we can see a member of our Team advised they were happy to honour a return on the basis your return was shipped right away, however you were in touch over a week later stating you had been on holiday and unable to return.
We do have a Returns Policy that we need to adhere too, and this being orders need to be logged 21 days from the date of dispatch. In this instance you were 15 days outside the returns window, and this is why your return was rejected.
If the issue remains unsolved, please get back in touch with our Community Care Team so they have the opportunity to turn your experience back around.
