What do I think of Sizzix dies? 5*. What so I think of their customer service? 0*.
It seems that, over the past couple of years, things have got much worse- they used to be so helpful and obliging !Not Now. My latest order had 2 things missing. Nothing enclosed or emailed to say "sorry" or "We'll refund you the out of stock things". I emailed them, and told them they were not included in the order. One WAS out of stock, but the other is merely missing. They REFUSE to send the missed out item, or give me a P&P break if I re-order it! As a result, I will have to pay almost an EXTRA £4 to get the item THEY FORGOT TO SEND!! If I Bother...Which I probably won't. You would think they would treat long term customers, who generally order £100+ at a time, better, but it seems that they think they can do without our business! Funny way to treat customers IMO. I am ordering from them less frequently as a result of my previous service experiences with them, over the past year or two, but this may be the final straw.

I have a huge collection of Sizzix Dies, most of them are the chunky Bigz dies from standard up to the largest of their large Bigz PRO dies. All cut well, better than well really. Multi layers can be cut at one time, depending how thick the material is that you are cutting. One of thick leather, but up to 60 sheets of tisse at once. Many folk think they are overpackaged, but most crafters have not seen how serious the blade is, that is embedded in the foam. That is the secret of making the dies work. They are not dangerous to handle, but I wouldn't give one to a 5yr old for example. The Hydrangea Bigz die was the last one I bought as they are a 'thing' in our family. I made a veritable Hydrangea bush from this one die which looks rather unpreposessing on the package. Your imagination is the key to getting the best out of them since the die does the donkey work. Treated well, they will last a crafter a lifetime as they are professional quality for a professional job.

I bought some dies and they were delivered within the 7day period. I telephoned Sizzix as I hadn’t had an email about the delivery and was answered by a friendly young lady she was able to track this for me.I would have given 5 stars but the premium telephone number makes this expensive form of contact. All in all quite happy with the company.

I cannot fault their dies and the people I've spoken to in customer service have been charming. HOWEVER I have subsequently discovered I have spent a fortune as the customer service is a premium number. I find this both underhand and insidious.

Ive Placed a number of orders with sizzix now and my last three orders i could not fault the turn around of the company it was exceptional. My last order has not arrived so i contacted sizzix to be given a tracking reference for hermes. I went on the Hermes app which stated it was due to be delivered the day before. Ive checked on there website and they state they dont even have the parcel. I contacted sizzix again and was told the parcel was still in the warehouse and due to picked up today, stating the reason for the delay more people are crafting. But my 3 previous orders all in a matter of a week and half ago delivery was exceptional. This i find confusing. I think it would of been better to state we just have not dispatched your order. It has taken them 3 days in total to dispatch my order. I understand we can all blame coronvirus, parcel company etc. but there comes a time that we have to take responsibility for our own actions. So as stated i must wait up to 7 working days. Shame the last three orders were no where near that. I was told that was sheer luck. What a lucky person i was

Total lack of environmental awareness. Excessive packaging of home delivered item. 0 customer service.
