Jubilee in they should just call it another vape shop went out for a good night but left due to the amounts of clouds of vape being blown over me.

Andrea( the duty manager ) four in hand hull ,shouting in customers face which the whole pub could hear about seating in a disabled wheelchair at which point they left visibly upset unacceptable and un called for behaviour

We visited the friendly forester in Bridlington today, we had a table booked for 1pm the service was abysmal the staff where downright miserable and the food was cold and unappetising I would never go again

Portion sizes are getting smaller!
I ordered a Greek Burger and complained when there 1 flake of gyros style chicken topping.
The reply from the kitchen was a normal portion is 35 grams chicken.0

Went to the Henry Bobingtons in Swinton Bolton Road this evening. Absolutely fantastic fresh well cooked food and plenty of it. All the staff were happy to go out of their way to help especially Olivia behind the bar as well as the young lady serving the restaurant unfortunately didn't get her name but realy all the staff behind the and the kitchen staff well done. Great team. 👍

No salt !! Surely they can pop to local shop to buy some if didn’t have any ??

used a groupon voucher,still cost a fair bit, tried to pass off normal pepsi for pepsi max,food took 90 minutes and came cold, mushrooms tasted of soap!!and expertly microwaved to death! main course of thinly sliced chicken (supposed to be skewered chicken breast),cold and layed on vegtable "stodge",suposed to come with rice so ordered some chips as well , no rice but over salted chips and some cheesey garlic bread with green stuff again horrible.The best bit was the rudeness of front of house manager NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS CHAIN

Booked an table at Eastfield Arms for me and wife, long queue at bar so used the app to order, waited over thirty minutes before assisted told us we would be waiting an hour, no where does it say this in the bar, after hard day at work to be sat around for something to eat….disgusting service and behaviour

Waggon and Horses, Hucclecote in Gloucester - always good food at reasonable prices. The recent refurb is lovely and manager and staff always pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast in particular is spot on. Keep up the great service and thanks.

Went in for a spur of the moment meal on Boxing Day, to the Bryncoch inn, neath, the pub was packed but Sam (waitress from Birmingham) was very accommodating & found us a nice table, food was delicious & our cocktails were perfect, made by Sophie… thankyou both & happy new year!!!

Wheatsheaf Inn Upton, lovely person greeted us and showed us to our table, the waitress was excellent and the meal was good.

Overall really great experience at the rosette in Scarborough, the team were polite and pleasant and the food was tasty and hot, can't fault it thanks

The Briars - Kettering Appalling service including cold food when it arrived after a 90 minute wait - app doesnt accept gift card - never again - generic standard reply on google review hence publishing on trust pilot - NOT recommended

The Plough in Sandiacre. We only ate there when they had 40% offer. but on this occasion even they managed to surpass their already low standard. The food was amateurish at best Cold chips, Tough grizzly chicken, Cold plates, Dry Burger, Old salad. Nobody attended the table to ask if the meal was ok. Not a pleasant experience at all. We have deleted our sizzling pubs account and NEVER eat there again.

A great experience for family and friends. A good variety of excellent food. The staff are excellent and they make each visit a pleasure. We go in every Friday night and have done for over 30 years. Now our children, grand children and great grand children join us just for the pleasure of a wonderful evening which they will always remember.

Hove grenadier absolutely lovely meal the chef brought out the sauce for the prawns and I asked if she had made this meal and that it was beautifully prepared and delicious, the grenadier had a promotion on and I was really impressed at the care and prep and also the quality of both meals thank you Sam the meal was lovely

Went to the Hare and Hounds Lowton. it was around 4.00pm, so it was quiet. I ordered the salad, with an add on of rump steak. No rump steak was available. I thought, here we go again! So had to choose a different option. Salad came minus the cabbage and carrot. For the price, there wasn't even that much salad to begin with. There was a sauce/dressing included that sounded delicious. But it came in such a tiny dish, I could hardly taste it. A couple of teaspoonfuls worth. Every time we go to a sizzling pub, there seems to something 'not available' on the menu, (it was burger buns previously)! Or there's something missing from your plate when it arrives. How can they not get a simple salad right? Not as if they were run off their feet. Gave 3 stars because food came pretty quickly, and what we did get was well cooked.

Had a family meal of 11 of us at The Black Horse in Rainhill, Merseyside on 29/10/24. Food was amazing for the the very fair prices, my steak was done to perfection and everything stayed piping hot to the last mouthful. Very clean pub and fair customer service, but one slight criticism was that the staff seemed to be a little flustered and rushing although the pub was not that busy at 18.00 hours.

We visited Blossoms in Lytham on Friday & had a very decent meal. Food & service was fine.
As we were staying in the area for another day we visited the establishment again on Saturday. The experience this time was somewhat different
We both ordered steak which neither of us could chew. We had taken our two dogs who enjoyed the meat
We called over the waitress showing her the gristle which was still on my plate. To her credit she apologised
The chef appeared but ignored us & ordered a pint from the bar
We acknowledge steaks can be good & sometimes not so good but for two steaks to be totally inedible is strange
It would have reduced the feeling of being cheated if the management came & spoke to us
