I had a very disappointing experience with Shop Skincare.

I ordered 3 Teoxane Deep Repair Balms but only received 1. I emailed the company on 20 July to advise them of the issue and received no response. I followed up again on 22 July, then again on 25 July, and still heard nothing until after I had advised I would pursue the matter through my bank and Fair Trading.

During those emails I clearly explained that I would only be at my original address until a certain date and requested three separate times that, if the missing items hadn’t already been sent, they be shipped to my new ACT address. Those emails were ignored.

When they finally responded, they simply said they were “looking into it.” After more chasing, they eventually provided a tracking number—only for me to discover the missing products had been sent to my old address in Queensland, despite my repeated requests to update the delivery address.

The impression I was left with was that they were happy to take my money, but not respond when there was a problem with my order. Mistakes happen, and I would have been understanding if there had been any communication. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service was the biggest issue. It took multiple emails over more than a week to receive a response, and I had to continually chase for updates after paying for products I never received.

I won’t be purchasing from Shop Skincare again and can’t recommend them based on my experience.

They advertise 'free delivery'. Hah. I received notification that my product was delivered to the post office 15 mins away. Into the lockbox. There was no attempt to deliver it at home. I am home full time as I am in medical recovery. We do a lot of buying online. Hopeless service .... it took weeks to get the product too. Never again!

Terrible, ordered over 5 weeks ago and have emailed numerous times asking where my order is. Only to be told their ‘courier team’ will be contacting me soon.

Warning - do not buy from this store.
This company is a scam. Look at other review sites and you will read why. I cancelled an order over a month ago, despite this they will not cancel it on their system, citing all sorts of technical difficulties, but they can still manage to deduct money from my bank account every 2 weeks. The other order (also over a month ago) still not delivered, again will not cancel despite repeated requests, and of course, they are still deducting money from my bank account.
I have made numerous calls, emails and live chats, each response is the same, your matter has been escalated or its a "warehouse issue". Not surprisingly my story is not uncommon if you check out other review sites.
Buyer be warned, you will just be giving this company your money with no return.

Would not recommend shopping from this website! After weeks of delays and emails telling me my products would be dispatched as soon as possible (even though the agreed dispatch time at the time of purchase was 3-5days) I am now in a dispute where they are refusing to refund me my money (they keep telling me they will forward my issue to the relevant department to arrange a payment but I then receive emails stating ‘failed cancellation’ all I want is my money back for an order I waited for but never got dispatched!

Great online store, all items are good quality and are always shipped quickly! Also a lot of great offers and promotions.
