Usually a great service, but on this occasion they have messed up on our skip order and instead of it being delivered last Monday as requested it will be a week later, next Monday. This really impacts badly on our project and will cost us extra in labour! No offer of any compensation just the excuse that it is a busy time. Disappointed!

Sorry about this, however my first email a week ago was not answered, nor the 3 follow up emails or the phone call message left a day ago. Website gave me the option of dats for an 8yard skip, I got an email saying a day later. However, I am positive a 6-yard skip was delivered. The week before, we used another company's 8 yard, much bigger and able to take more ruble. I emailed images with a tape measuring the highest point as 100cm as evidence and asked for a call back regarding a refund, possibly of the next skip. However, I am not sure I will get a refund as the skip was collected today.

If I could give zero stars I would, I wish I had taken notice of all of the other 1 star reviews. I have booked and paid for a skip for this Friday (ordered a week ago), I have still had no confirmation of the skip being ordered. I have sent 3 emails (ignored), on The web enquiry (ignored) and called at least 10 times, the phone either cuts out straight away or states it is outside business hours (in the middle of the day) - SCAM.

Skip was delivered on time & without any problems. Driver was polite and courteous.

Ordered a skip and money was taken out of my account only to get an email the next day t day to advise they didn’t have one available. This meant I was 300 pound down in my account and had to wait 3 days for a refund

I called Skip Hire Bromley for a skip. The skip was dropped on the drive way of my neighbour next door on her acceptance. The same day Monday 9th March 2026 the skip was ready to be collected. I called the company to informed them they told me 5working before they do the collection. Until today the skip has not been collected still occupying the drive way of my disable neighbour. Skip Hire Bromley can not be trusted neither do business with. Their phone maner is rude and very improfessionnal. My phone call has been cut off several time not a single word of apology.

After spending years getting skips from this organisation they decided to cancel this order as they were "out of stock"!!! I find this hard to believe. I know they have had a change of hands recently but... I have been a customer for years having skips and would have gladly paid a little extra to keep my continuity of hire. A real shame. At least they refunded the money reasonably quickly but I was still disappointed and they should have highlighted this before they took the order.

Took the booking and fee and confirmed then cancelled. Was ok a tight frame with needing a skip and the really messed things up. If providers can’t provide the service in an area they shouldn’t take the booking and fee. Really poor

First skip arrived on time while 2nd seriously delayed. Never trust this company again. Avoid

It was delivered Ontime however I only wanted the skip for 2 days and it’s been over a week and it’s still not been collected

Skip delivered first thing in the morning on expected date, and collected on due date with no fuss

Late delivery, understandable accident on the road. Skip smaller than expected 4 yd very small, I didn't realize. Driver was fab. Unfortunately it's still sitting here should have been collected after 24 hours now coming up to 48 hrs.

Very easy to book online and the skip arrived on the date I requested. The driver was very polite and helpful with positioning the skip, would definitely recommend
