Did exactly what they said they would on time completely hassle free.
Only negative would be the time taken to deal with an eta enquiry over the phone. The lady was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful it just took what was noticeably longer than it should in my opinion. That said I would definately use again, in general very good and maybe I'm more impatient than others!

Affordable but sometimes delayed. Suits for delivery date not crucial e.g. DIY

Highly recommend, on time, staff very friendly and most important was the cost, nearly 25% cheaper than all the other providers

Never turned up, got issued a refund on the same day.

Called up to rebook and they put the price up, saying the reason it got cancelled was because I used the online form, which doesn't account for delivery distance.

I then Found an email in my junk saying they didn't have enough skips for a 4 yard, which I believe is a lie after speaking with someone on the phone who could get me a skip.

Canceled my order with no communication.

Booked a skip on the 17th October for 20th October. Came back home from work and no skip on the drive. I received no calls or texts saying it wasn't getting delivered. I checked my emails when I got home, and they emailed me saying they were refunding the money.

Very poor service. Won't be using again.

**Circle Waste – Absolutely Not Recommended**

I booked a skip with SkipHire UK (Circle Waste) to help clear my late father's house. Their online system allowed me to select a Saturday delivery and confirmed the booking. But late on the Friday before, I received an email saying the skip would instead arrive Monday — leaving me no time to find an alternative provider.

Monday was my final day on site, so I bagged most of the waste and left it ready for loading. What followed was a frustrating chain of delays:

- 10:30am: Promised delivery time
- 11:30am: Told it would arrive by 12:30
- 12:30pm: Called again — now “another hour”
- 1:30pm: Still no skip — told it would be another hour
- 2:30pm: No skip — told it would be another hour
- 3:30pm: Called again — “another 30 minutes”

The skip finally arrived just before 4pm. I only had an hour, just enough time to half-fill it before leaving, effectively wasting half the cost of the hire.

The experience was chaotic, stressful, and nearly resulted in cancellation ( I wish I had ). I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Took the order for the skip then sent an email the next day saying it wasn’t available for another 5-6 days. This is the second time they have done this now.

The skip that was delivered was not the same size as the measurements given on their website and the image of how big a kip is against a 6 ft person is very inaccurate. I contacted the firm to ask them to confirm they had delivered the wrong size, I sent the photos and chased it numerous emails. Each time they said they would get back to me however after 10 days there was still no reply or confirmation of the wrong size being delivered. Would not use this firm again

Arrived exactly on time as agreed. Collected precisely 2 weeks later as agreed. Great communication, competitive price and easy to book on-line. 2nd time I have used them, I will use them again.

Cancelled on the day and hung up when on phone - no explanation and no response to my email !

Skip didnt come when ordered, noncall or message.

I ordered a skip for the 12th of August with next day collection. Almost a week later, I have no updates on when my skip will be removed. In the meantime, I have to keep parking on the street as I can't use my driveway and garage. I must give credit to the driver who delivered my skip. Despite the narrow roads, he parked and maneovered the truck super professionally.

After taking £400 out of my bank account to pay for the skip, they then emailed to say the skip couldn’t be delivered, due to lack of skips available. 5 days later I am still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank account.

Easy transaction, helpful, friendly staff who were able to solve a problem caused by my error. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered and delivered on time. Collected when we were finished. No drama. No fuss. Just straightforward good experience. Second time using and will be back again.

Utterly dreadful. You delivered the skip one month early, left it in the way and now are not showing up to collect it. I’m not ready for the skip. I have collectively spent over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to you and then the agents seem to get it wrong. Get your skip off my property!
