Used the company a week ago. The 4 yard skip was delivered on date requested and the young man who delivered the skip was polite. I had asked for the skip to be collected the next day but was informed that it may take 5 working days to collect. It was delivered on Thursday morning and collected the next Tuesday morning hassle free. Would definitely use them again and the price was competitive.

Good morning,
I am sorry to hear we could not provide you with a skip on this occasion. I can confirm we received an order from you that slightly differs with information left on this review, we was originally asked for the skip to be lifted over a 20ft hedge and then a 7ft one afterwards.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Many depots if they will lift will only cover a height of up to 3ft due to the increased potential of causing damage to property. We could of provided a permit to place the skip on the road as an alternative but a refund was requested and processed for you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I have had a look into this and can confirm the driver arrived the following morning, I do apologise you had not been updated regarding the slight delay with your delivery.
I can also see that our driver arrived on site and the skip was refused, although the skip delivered was the correct as per your order - you said it wasn't the correct size to what you required.
A refund has been processed for you by the team and will show back in your account within 5 working days from yesterday.
