Thief! Lies! Unreliable. I would not recommend them.
After booking 4 skips with them they messed up every time from blocking neighbours garage to pretending no one was home and leaving without taking the skip however charging me £90 even though we were at the propriety.
At first they pretended no one was there, then they claimed asked the builder for help and he refused, after they said the builder was there but perhaps he had his EarPods in his ear and couldn’t hear. All lies. Just to charge me £90 for failed delivery. Well keep my £90 I wont be using you again and neither any of my friends. Shame!

I can understand the frustration at receiving a charge however, it was applicable in this instance.
When the driver arrived at site to complete an exchange, the skip was overloaded and contained prohibited waste. Our driver attempted to engage with your builder but he was ignored and our office called yourself as the site contact provided with no answer. As the driver couldn't safely swap the skip - the only option available was to leave site resulting in a wasted journey charge, which could of been avoided had the skip been loaded correctly with the correct waste.
This was discussed with you directly and the evidence you requested from the team was provided to show the charge was applied appropriately. I can confirm the refund for your exchange minus the charge was processed and the skip collected once it had been made safe to transport and prohibited waste removed.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Terrible ‘drivers’. ‘Tried’ to deliver a skip to one of our jobs. Didn’t bother calling, just said they didn’t have space and left. Then charged a ‘cancellation’ fee. Despite sending photos proving they had room to deliver they are still trying to upload the charge. Dispute logged with PayPal as they currently have over £400 of our money and haven’t done a thing.
Save yourself the admin stress and don’t use.
EDIT AFTER REPLY: Complete lies. Further evidence not to use this company.

Good afternoon,
I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received.
I can confirm the driver attempted to deliver the skip, the photos given to us by the depot show the access was tight for the lorry. Both the homeowner and driver also raised concerns about the risk of damaging the property and the new phone cables installed. Therefore the skip was not delivered despite multiple attempts and resulted in a wasted journey for non completion of delivery.
While it is never ideal to receive a charge, it is in the confirmation email that this can occur in the event of not being able to complete the delivery.
I can confirm all details have been passed over to assist with the PayPal dispute as this was logged prior to being able to resolve the complaint for you therefore rendering any refund owed to you out of our hands.

Collection was a pain
Collection was a pain. One driver turned up but refused to pick it up from where it was dropped. Then had to phone 4 times before it was collected 2 days later.
