Do not trust the price these people quote you for airport transfers. For the second time now they quote and charge a price online and then call you to tell you that the airport drop-off fee of GBP 5,00 is not included and needs to be paid in cash to the driver. Back in August they told me it was down to a problem with their App and they were going to fix this, now in October it is till the same.

Pre booked for t5 pick up phoned as soon as we were out of baggage collection they said car on the way. Called after 10 mins as no car info and they said car 20 mins away. Cancelled the booking. They blamed it on me. These people might be cheap and local but you get what you pay for. Cheap is rubbish and unreliable never use again.

Most unreliable cab company. Used first time and never again! Don’t trust this company. For pickup to airport the driver came 45 minutes early and was not willing to wait until the booked time. Held us to ransom as he said he needs to go to another job and was not willing to wait until the scheduled time. At airport on return trip we waited more than one hour and waited further 15 minutes to get through only to be told to wait further 30 minutes while they find a driver. Then I got a text to say driver is on the way. When I called after waiting further 20 minutes, I am told they don’t have a driver! I had to make alternative pick arrangements at last minute.This is after having reconfirmed the airport pickup the day before! Not a pleasant experience . Be warned as we had problems both ways. Total Cowboys! Kirsty & Michael we're the operators and very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Why is a rating of 0 not possible? I waited 50 minutes for my pre-booked Skyex car. I watched fellow passengers from Heathrow get their cars in 5-10 mins so traffic wasn’t an issue. The taxi driver Kuldeep said he was given the job when he was 45 mins away. I called Skyex while in the car to confirm and spoke to the supervisor Kirsty who repeated the same empty words, squarely blamed the driver, took no responsibility for the fact that they said the car would be with me in 10-15 mins and said they have no control of drivers, the driver was charming - ate in the car, had a long conversation with a friend on the phone! Dreadful! Never Skyex again!

45 minutes later, no cab and no tracking. Called and told driver didn't accept the job and someone will be here in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes no cab. Called and told driver error cancelled the job but will have someone in 10-15 minutes. I said that as you know the timeline, what is the car? He refused to answer and kept repeating 10-15. I decided to get the bus and surprise, surprise a cancellation text was immediate. 3rd time they've let me down. Airport, house and hospital. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. Oh, it took under 50 minutes by bus and foot. Less than the waiting time. Oh yes, every reply they have on here is the same thing...call is to discuss further.

Stopped using them years ago due to appalling service previously.

They’re very competitive on price for airports so started using them again for these but not for local journeys.

The previous 2 airport journeys were great but then the most recent one they dispatched the driver only 20 minutes beforehand which would in no way be enough time to get to the airport for the booking.
I’ve been waiting one hour at the airport now for the taxi. Outrageous.

If you complain you barely get an apology and never any compensation, but moreover they’re just so flippant about it. They don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction, loyalty nor losing customers.
I’d rather pay £5/10 more next time and use another company.

Cars to and from airport booked on Aug 1st. On return journey, call them as soon as landed (hand carry only). Called again once exiting passports, only to be told the wait is going to be 30 mins. Challenged this, call was handed over to controller, time now extended to 45 mins. I had booked and paid ride! Highly disappointing, found my own way home. Do not recommend SkyEx cars. Their processes are flawed!

Always turn up late to airport
Always demand that you clear baggage claim before dispatch
I guarantee I will no longer use this service

Used to be really good, not anymore called, ordered a cab said was told 20 minutes then a hour late the cab arrived was over 45 minutes late to work- avoid if you want to be on time.

This is my text response to SkyEx after cancelling a prebooked taxi,which never arrived. "We did not cancel original booking arranged at 1pm today for 1.30pm pickup from my home address but after waiting more than 45 minutes I contacted the company again and was told the taxi would be arriving shortly but as it did not I contacted the com[pany again only to be told the taxi had been cancelled due to no available driver. If that was the case then you should have not taken the booking in the first place then I could have arranged for an alternative taxi there and then instead of being kept waiting until it was too late to keep my appointment which I will now have to rearrange. I think the service you provide is most unsatisfactory and not fit for purpose. I used your service on personal recommendation and so I am most disappointed with your service as I expected much better".

This is the worst cab firm ever. They cannot even get peoples telephone numbers right. Today it took them over 2.5 hours to pick up a passenger from Heathrow Airport and despite calling them over 15 times to check and despite reassurance their driver never even managed to geythere at all. Had to use another individual to collect the passenger waiting over 2.5 hours to be picked up from Heathrow Airpott. DO NOT BOOK them ever. They are unreliable cab firm

Worse cab service ever had. Make you wait for Atleast 1 hour

We were due to be picked to go to Heathrow for a holiday on the 27th of April at 0615.
At 0600 I get a phone call from them saying they can’t cover the journey which was booked the previous evening.
No apology or anything the guy could not even speak English properly so did not understand what I was saying to him.
I prefer to use a local service but never again.
Thank god Uber came to the rescue 👍

Absolutely appalling, often waiting for over an hour after picking up suitcases, waiting in the car park, freezing and hungry

Travelled out with sky-ex & it was fine. Inward travel pre booked people carrier & gave them call when we landed. We had to wait an hour in cold before pickup & it was a standard Toyota prius! All our hand luggage on laps. Moreover chat with manager was disappointing as he was not willing to acknowledge there was an issue & still charged full price!

Worst experience,no respect for customer avoid

Very unhelpful controller on shift - 4th Jan tried to explain why charges being quoted were different to when we arrived. Completely unhelpful no customer services and just hung up the phone while I was talking. Not the way you want your city to be known….. henceforth never recommending you guys to anyone!

Had cab booked to Heathrow Terminal 2 as my flight is yet at 8:30 in the morning. I was called 3 times an hour before my booking apparently stating they don’t have a driver and I will need to make alternative arrangement when I had booked at least 2 days before and received a call at 5:30 when I had booked for 6:45 stating they don’t have driver in the area. When I had spoken to a lady who was operator at 6:34 17/11/21 who seemed had no clue what she was talking about and blamed me because I had missed their call whilst packing who was really unprofessional and didn’t want to take ownership of what had happened nor apologies and when I had told her I will write review and I will put everything in writing whom had replied I hope it’s honest review. Also stated because my journey is from central London zone that’s why they didn’t have driver in the area and they are based in Hayes Middlesex which had nothing to do with what was going on and even when it is airport pick up there is always 20-30 just wait for the driver to pick you up and always whenever I use this app to book or use Skyex over the phone they are just not up to standard you would expect however this morning if it was not for Addison Lee service I would have struggled and I will never use this service nor bother with it with this shambolic.

Very bad service with this company sky ex cars they treat the passengers like crap so rude and disrespectful rang the office and they were useless saying that I never asked for the directions to be dropped off
