I've had a really good experience. Excellent communication, and easy to get hold of on the phone. Good information sent via email and post. I didn't wait long for my appointment.
My assessment was remote via video link. Lovely assessor. Calm, kind, professional and approachable. She gave good supporting information. I can highly recommend this service. Seamless.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received from Shamia. From the very beginning, I’ve felt listened to, understood and never judged.

They have been incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process, taking the time to properly listen to how I’m feeling and how things are affecting me day to day. I’ve always felt comfortable being completely honest, and I’ve never felt like I was just another appointment or a number.

The whole titration process has felt so much easier having someone who genuinely cares and is there to support me. Their understanding, reassurance and guidance have made such a positive difference, and I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone going through the ADHD assessment or titration process. Thank you for all your support and for making me feel heard and understood. ❤️

I found out I had ADD/adhd the other day and the lad called jack was amazing he spent about 2 hours asking me loads of questions and after he explained to me what was wrong with me and how to help he also explained everything to detail on way am like this and how it all works very happy with the outcome thank you

Genuinely caring service, I felt heard and covered all aspects with great understanding and patience, the staff were wonderful both remotely and in person at the middlesborough clinic, a massive thankyou to skylight, Jack Schofield, Hannah Geary and Brian Moyo who gave real comfort during ADHD and Autism assessments!! 100% recommend 10/10 all round!!

I went through right to choose on the NHS and the entire process was really quick. I was being assessed for ADHD and they were able to ask questions and speak to me during my assessment that took into consideration the systems I had put into place to mask my own symptoms. The person who saw me and assessed me was extremely nice and patient with me. I would definitely reccomend them!

Words cannot begin to explain how horribly I have been let down by Skylight Psychiatry.

The diagnosis itself, whilst cookie-cutter, was smooth enough.

I was diagnosed in January.

It's now 9 months later and it's been near-radio silence from them. No titration. No clinical or administrative reason for the delay. I wish I had chosen another prescriber - or not even been diagnosed 😥

So far I have to say that Stephen has been the most knowledgeable, and the most decent person I have come across….. very rewarding and eye opening experience and I thank him.

Outstanding service, particular in comparison to other RTC providers. They take the time you need as a patient to get to the best place with your medication. I am on 6th titration appointment and there is no rush. High quality service

I never expected to be seen so quickly going through the right too choose pathway about 2 months from first contacting GP submitting all paperwork over. I was so nervous before assessment but once I met David felt more relaxed he explained everything fully and very patient especially when I didn’t fully understand the question or when I went off talking about something else he was calm and friendly made the process so much easier so grateful. Thank you so much!

i was nervous at the start leading up to the meeting but as soon as it started i was put at ease by the doctor.questions were clear and precise and generally i am happy with all what was asked and began to understand decisions i made during my life.holistically this company has been excellent with admin,quickness of replies and transparency of the process.

I think Benazir is a great person to talk to and she really does listen and shared good points to me. It was amazing finally being heard after years of struggle and finally being diagnosed correctly. I highly recommend Skylight! They never gave up on me.

Reliability was good. We spoke when they said we would. The medication was cautiously prescribed with great attention spent in how it was effecting me. Would recomend to friends.

They really do provide a great service from the beginning. Waiting times aren't long compared to other providers, and they've always been super professional. I never felt lost or unsure of what the next steps are and what was happening in my diagnosis and treatment journey.
