Been awaiting a reply since the weekend to change vehicle information as my car has broken down. Emailed multiple times with no response and can’t get through to any phone numbers. We travel Sunday. If someone could get back to me ASAP!

Returned from a 10 hour flight to be told the parking company were on strike!! We’re then told we needed to get an uber to collect car. We had to insist on them arranging us an uber! Emailed complaint and still waiting a refund! DO NOT USE!!!

Transfer driver on arrival used mobile phone non hands free in early hours of the morning down country lanes. Found this very unprofessional and unsafe. Upon picking up it took 40 minutes and several phone calls to be picked up from the airport, we asked the driver on return if car had stayed at Stoke Inn for duration of stay however upon picking the car up, it had been driven 4 miles and was very dirty inside and out so had been clearly parked elsewhere. Won't be using service again.

Great service booker airport lounge through them and managed to book the wrong time they couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying this will definitely be using there service again

Advertised as meet and greet but it’s not the service you get. On return journey in early hours we had to wait outside in the cold with our 84 year old mum for 30 mins to bring our car. We emailed to complain and 2 weeks on no response.

Bought a voucher for discounted parking from Groupon. When applied there is no discount given. Small print advises to contact sky parking to rectify. Over a week later and no response from them. Will book elsewhere. Avoid

Bought a Groupon voucher for £4 offering UP TO 35% off meet and greet. After inputting the voucher code I got a 5% discount which amounted to £5.55, so less the £4 my saving was £1.55 on a £111.00 booking. TOTAL CON.
Then looked at Stansted official parking, valet parking was £129, found an online promo code for 20% off at no cost so ended up paying £104 for the best parking option available.
Complained to Groupon and got a refund.

Ordered a 25%off airport lounge from voucher for Sky Parking Services. Worked out £4.50 more than booking direct! Pure scam

Fantastic service, had to make some minor adjustments which was no issue. Communication was great and driver was polite and professional.

I booked twice and now not sure if I e cancelled or not ?

I had made a booking for my son and his partner for a lounge at Heathrow. 4 days prior to them flying I realised I could not access a swathe of emails due to a computer issue. I emailed the helpdesk at Sky and they responded in less than 24 hours by resending the confirmation email with all the details and following it up with a response to my query to ensure I had the information I needed. Great response, superquick. Can't praise highly enough.

1st class communication, service and very competitive.

Had no problems with using sky parking services ,but due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel, Had email same day saying refund is paid back ,great service guys ,will use you againe..

They have been really easy to contact and arrange things and have allowed for my cancellation and refund to be processed speedily.

I used this service at London Gatwick on our recent family holiday!
Got back late at night to find the car with some debris and bird poo on the bonnet.
Wanted to get home as we had a 4 hr drive ahead of us.
Inspected the car in the morning and light of day to find the car absolutely caked in tree and branch bits, all over the air intake parts, ( I look after my car and has cleaned them 2 days previous as I was topping my fluids up), bird poo, cat print's, virtually all over the car.
It looks like it had been parked under a tree that was been shook constantly!
I had a roof box on which means I could not park it in the main car park, though that’s not a penalty.
And also to check my trip computer to see it had been driven 11.5 miles since I left it in their care.
They had asked me if I’d like my car washed for my return, I now know why!!
Update:
And to add insult to injury, they unplugged my dash cam (without my permission) while driving my vehicle a total of 11 miles while we were away.

Perfect way to start and end your holidays. Leave your keys and let someone else park up your car then bring it back for you. We've used Meet n Greet twice at Newcastle Airport where the drop off is literally across the road from the terminal. Friendly staff and spotless office.

I emailed to change some details of my booking and it was all sorted on the same day, no issues, thank you!

Very helpful and was able to change a booking time with no refusal.
