Newark
Newark, Delaware location, me and my kids were playing inside the foam pit, and there was a staff member on standby near in case we needed assistance. he was rude and dismissive and reeked of urine, and I believe his name started with a John. They ran out of pizza at 1:30 PM, my child started asphyxiating when he went too deep into the foam pit. he turned blue, and John, who was on standby, decided to spit on my suffocating child, when we went to go to the trampoline part of the park, there was a strange Indian man sleeping on the counter of the reception.
Eddie (GM) needs to be an employee NOT MANAGER
Eddie and his staff minus Brian is RUDE. The female manager during the day doesn't know how to issue refunds. We needed a refund for a party that started at 1230pm and we stood in line until 130pm waiting. The lady manager informed us 3 ppl called off and she was alone, but kept taking walk ins. She attempted to do refund but didnt have a over ride number. She said Eddie woukd be in at 3pm. Fast forward, he arrives at 6pm. He said we had to wait to end of business day to get refund even if we came back snd waited in line he wouldn't do it because he had 25 parties. He also informed us he can come in as he pleases and came in as a courtesy to the staff because he wasnt scheduled. Like how is this ok. He said he would give us a refund along with jump time, but hung up on us and refused to answer the phone to the store as of 7:13pm. Like is this ok? Now I understand why his staff is the way they are.
Beware of Misleading Membership Charges Dublin, CA
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sky Zone Dublin. My autistic son previously attended several birthday parties here and had wonderful experiences when this location was Rockin’ Jump.
A few months ago, I brought my son and his friend, who also has special needs, to Sky Zone. At the front desk, I felt pressured to provide information to enroll both boys in what I was explicitly told was a “100% free” membership that could be canceled at any time. I later discovered that my credit card was being charged approximately $88 every month for two memberships—including a membership for my son’s friend that I never intended or knowingly agreed to pay for. By the time I noticed the charges, I had been billed for three months.
The visit itself was also disappointing. The nighttime event was nearly empty, there was no dodgeball—which the boys had loved during previous visits—and there seemed to be fewer activities than before. They left after only about 20 minutes, making the visit extremely expensive.
After several attempts to resolve the membership charges with management, Sky Zone refunded only one month. I feel I was seriously misled about what I was signing up for and believe the full amount should have been refunded. I find it especially disturbing that this happened during a visit involving two young people with special needs. Taking advantage of any customer is unacceptable, but pulling one over on people with special needs and their families is especially reprehensible.
Please carefully read everything before providing your credit-card information or agreeing to any “membership.” I wish I had been given clear and honest information from the beginning.
Newark, DE location is horrible
Newark, Delaware location... The pit where the rock-climbing wall is smelled like urine, they ran out of pizza at 1:30pm, understaffed so the kids could not use the swing or trapeze, no napkins in the bathroom and dryer was broken, dirty overall, and kids were running all over the place. The website said it was BOGO half off but didn't accept the code at checkout. I've been taking my kids for years, will not be going back. Staff was ok.
Charged $665 for a Duplicate Membership on One Child
Misleading pitch: staff recommended the monthly membership as "the same price as a day pass," without clearly disclosing it auto-renews.
Duplicate subscription: on a later visit they enrolled the same child in a second, parallel monthly membership — two active subscriptions for one child.
The charges: $739.80 total across two cards; $665.82 more than the two single months we intended. One card issuer refunded $73.98, leaving $591.84 still owed.
The "resolution": Sky Zone offered 7 in-facility jump credits — refunding none of the money — while acknowledging in writing "confusion regarding membership enrollment."
After looking into it, this is a documented pattern: reviewers of the Dublin, CA location and customers at Sky Zone parks nationally report the same undisclosed auto-renewals, duplicate memberships, and refusals to refund. California's auto-renewal law requires clear disclosure and express consent before recurring charges — which we never gave. Sharing so other families check their statements and know exactly what they're agreeing to.
Throwing it back at client instead of holding accountability
A conflict occurred due to the staff inconsistent enforcement of a policy. Once I was made aware of the rule, it no longer worked for my family, so I requested a cancellation and refund. Instead of taking accountability for their own systemic failure, they refused, claiming we have already used the membership. Terrible customer service. They shouldn't keep a customer's money for an issue caused entirely by their own staff awareness and system breakdown.
Fun place
Fun place to let the kids burn off energy. Been here many times, never had any issues.
Great indoor activity for my kids!
The staff is always friendly. I love that it’s bright and easy to see them while they play.

Okay park but the rules are sometimes weird they pick and choose when you can jump with your kids even with paid socks on
I want to preface this review complaint…
I want to preface this review complaint pertains only to Culver City (Los Angeles). I have taken my grandchildren for years to Thousand Oaks where customer service is OUTSTANDING.
I took my grandchildren to this newly opened location on May 3. At that time, we signed up for a membership for the two of them. On May 31, I called the Culver City location to cancel the membership. The person that I spoke to said I had to do it on the portal, but the portal would not allow me to enter in order to cancel despite providing phone number and email. They were unwilling to do it on their end. After three full days of trying to communicate with corporate, the venue, the live chat, the portal, and extensive time spent on phone calls and emails, I have still been unable to cancel the membership and have yet to hear from anyone associated with this location. I was, however, provided an email for the owner and contacted him directly yesterday. Today, my credit card was charged for both grandchildren for the membership. While this is a fun place to take your family and in-person staff are friendly and helpful, I do not recommend taking out a membership when customer service is so lacking. One person told us we have to come in person to cancel, which is inconvenient. I have been left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and pursue this through other channels.
If I could rate 0 I would
If I could rate 0 I would! Highly dislike being lied to and then told by a manager Cliff that he can’t help what the computer says when he can’t even look things up correctly! I have tried getting into contact with someone to handle this situation and the gave me a number for California residents only. I may be in here looking a hot mess because mama was suppose to get some studying done but you picked the wrong one to try to get one over on. These reviews on every platform will not stop till someone is in contact and make it right! Unbelievable! 0 OUT OF 10
5 Stars – Sharya Johnson Evansville,IN location
I’ve had mixed experiences with customer service at Sky Zone in Evansville, IN in the past, but Sharya Johnson completely changed that for me. She went above and beyond to help me manage a full day of trampoline fun with my 5 grandkids and 2 great grandchildren. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, and attentive.
But what really blew us away? Her face painting. It was the most exquisite work I’ve ever seen truly talented. My grandkids were absolutely thrilled, and they loved her so much they asked if she could come home as our live in sitter. Honestly, I’d be honored to have someone with her wholesome, loving soul and unconditional heart of gold as part of our family. Sharya is an amazing asset to Sky Zone’s team. If every employee had her passion and heart, every single visit would be the greatest. Thank you, Sharya, for making our day so special!
Much safer than Urban Air
Much safer than Urban Air, SkyZone doesn’t let kids fall from a high position. The food is way better than Urban Air, as they don’t actually lick their fingers and touch the food. Sky zone is bad, but Urban Air is worst.
Paige was a great help with our double…
Paige was a great help with our double birthday party for two 7 year old girls.
We were having a good time letting the kids play till we were harassed and treated like garbage by Tristan the manager
We were having an ok time for a birthday party considering no smiles on employees faces....until last 20 minutes or so the manager Tristan came out from nowhere and was yelling at my children to not be on an area that other employees saw them playing on in particular a young kid named Lucky. For birthday parties especially or any time of the day every area should be open Tristan the manager's reasoning for yelling at my children and saying that a part of the area was not open was cuz no one can watch that area even though he had employees standing around at that time not doing anything..seen with my own eyes . As well as the fact it says children six and under you should watch your children which I do watch my children as you would see in the cameras I follow my children. Tristan the manager was very rude and cocky saying I'm a manager "I'm 18 I know how to be a manager" which he clearly does not, this is a perfect example of why an 18 year old should not be a manage his employees in the right spots. Tristan is very rude his behavior and demeanor towards children and adults is very unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone the staff is rude and stuck up and don't have smiles on their faces they have attitudes and like to have confrontation instead of fixing issues that they should already fixed. This establishment in particular let's children work there as you can see they have an 18 year old manager. Definitely will not recommend. Leap is a way better option with friendly staff and nice people that don't yell at your kids. And have a clean environment and staff who actually smile and like there jobs. Maybe sky zone can pay employees better so they can hire an actual manager that still isn't a child. Food for thought.I definitely see this place going down hill do to ghetto kids that run this place.

I am beyond disappointed with sky zone!!!! Reserved a party reservation several weeks in advance. 2 days before my event, on my daughter's actual birthday, I recieved a call stating that they'd have to cancel my reservation due to building permit issues that wouldn't be resolved in time. (2 days before?) They offered to move my party to a different time and location. They also offered a 20% discount for my troubles. Feeling desperate, and the pressure from my extremely disappointed, now 8 year old, in the background, I agreed to think about it. The rep agreed to give me 24 hrs to decide if I left a $75 deposit. After hanging up, I retrieved the contract from my email and realized that no discount was given. It was actually $107 more! I immediately called the number that he had called from. A different person answered the phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it. She suggested I hang up. Call back the same number and press option 4 to speak to a Regional manager. I did that and was unable to speak to anyone.I left a message and have not received a call back. I am so extremely disappointed. Sky Zone has ruined my daughter's birthday!!!!

I bring my grandkids there and they absolutely love it each time. Staff are always very nice and helpful.
Beware
Beware, this place uses some shady business practices. They will continue to charge your credit card for memberships even after you cancel, and will not refund fraudulent charges.
