They say they do custom orders but when…
They say they do custom orders but when you contact them they either ignore you straight away or once you say what your wanting and if it's somthing that requires more then five minutes of work to create on their part they will stright off ignor you. I've used this company for two custom orders and bought 3 decal sets. I couldn't say I'd recommend them to anyone just because they suck at customer service. Good quality decals that they take ages to send out but yeah just use a smaller company if you want somthing really custom. Over all not a good company

Hi Tommi, sorry we didn't reply to your custom decal request back in August last year.
Your enquiry was for several unique custom decals. You are correct, we do not always take on one-off custom orders like this. We ARE a small company and do not have the surplus design time to take on every job. The customisation we do is usually limited to the range of decals that we already offer. There is no such thing as a 5 minute job, especially one that requires custom artwork, setup, design proofs etc.
In response to your comment about decals 'taking ages to send out', well that's simply not true in your case. Your most recent order was turned around in 2 working days. Please remember that our products are ALL made to order. We don't have any items sitting on a shelf. The decals have to be set up, printed, dried, finished, then packed and shipped.
I regret that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review here. It is very surprising from a repeat customer who seems to be happy with our products. You have placed 4 orders over the last 4 years without a single complaint, one of which was a custom decal kit.
Please understand that we receive hundreds of new enquiries each week, and we can't possibly go back and read messages from 5 months ago. Sending us a simple reminder would have put your request to the top of the pile and would have given us a 2nd chance to respond.

Excellent products and excellent service from the staff at Slik Graphics. I have used other suppliers and been left disappointed in comparison. I am return customer to Slik Graphics and will be again in the future after yet another quality purchase, which was shipped and received promptly.

Since my review, I have been contacted by both Emma and Owen at Slik Graphics who have explained the reasons for the delay in my purchase and I am happy with the quick response I have received by them to my most recent email. At this juncture, I am happy to retract my 1* review and replace it with 4* [for the prompt customer service] on the basis that I will review again once I receive my item.

Hi Jane, sorry for your bad experience. We shipped thousands of orders in July and continue to print and ship orders daily. We are certainly still trading and this is very much an isolated incident.
On receiving your second email yesterday it has become apparent that there was a typo in the email address you used to contact us the first time (the mailto: prefix was included in the email address). We are looking in to why this happened. We searched all our mailboxes for your first email and we simply did not receive it.
We responded immediately to your second email yesterday but you had already left a 1* review here in Trustpilot without giving us a chance to resolve the situation.
The issue here is the shipping time to Australia from Europe. At the moment, due to the pandemic, shipping times can vary between 4-6 weeks. Currently there is no standard tracked option, so we only offer untracked or DHL Express options on the website. You chose to use the untracked shipping option, despite the time sensitive nature of the delivery (I understand the decals were intended as a gift). I realise that the Express service is expensive relative to the price of the product, but we are on opposite sides of the planet and it is a fast and reliable service. We do subsidise the express shipping service to reduce the cost for our customers.
Now that we have been in contact, or when your decals arrive, I hope you will take the time to adjust your review accordingly.
Best Quality Decals You Can Buy!
I ordered some custom fork decals and couldn’t find the colour I wanted so emailed the team a photo of my bike so they could match as best they could and they couldn’t have turned out any better. I was hesitant to order them as I wasn’t sure of the quality, but having bought some decal sets directly from Fox I would say the Slik decals are of higher quality! The customer service team always reply extremely quickly and with helpful advice.
Couldn’t recommend these guys any higher!!

Slik has the best quality decals out…
Slik has the best quality decals out there, believe me I ordered from most suppliers and they can’t beat their vinyl and print quality. Their decal sets include templates for a correct instal.
The only issue is that communication is not the best.

Admittedly, our focus is on the quality of the products but we appreciate the feedback and we will aim to improve our response time and communication.
Great decals and good pre communication.
I ordered a year ago fork, shock and rim decals.
The process was Quick and painless, i was in contact about custom color, and about I couldn’t find the right shock, but they said I just should order another and type the right one in.
So I did that, recieved the order, it looked slick with some minor scratches.
But still the product was slik, and even tho its a year ago they still look great.
Didnt recieve the correct rear shock decal, but it got fixed by the customer service, a bit late but it got fixed.
Would order again if custom decals is needed again.
