Very poor customer service. I always ask about account verification before I deposit so we agreed on my birth certificate and bank card along with utility bill . So I sent it off via email deposited and won 3grand on monopoly big event . So I withdrawad and surprise surprise my Id was not accepted . After 2 week of phoning them up I did get the money off them but still account not verified . Closed now won't use again be carefully to play ojo are the same company !

The worst casino for payout

I spent £100 over the course of an evening. The stats were the worst I Had ever encountered. For instance monopoly. Big wheel of fortune spin. Would land on between x 1 right up to x 500. Every time the bonus spin came up. It landed every single time on x 1. What are the odds of that. !

The worst casino you’ll ever play in.. they made me deposit , then suspended my account and won’t roll back my money as it’s their mistake!! They made a customer support tell me to deposit then my account was suspended and the customer supports name is costas .. and I have pictures and chat pictures to prove my point and then they ignore you when you ask to roll back your money.. scam artists and cheats.. beware of this casino

It looks like l have been winning a bit too often with this site, after registering with it a week ago and all of a sudden l can't log in no matter what l do. I just find that a little bit of a coincidence!

Happy to take 1st deposit, but then took my 2nd and won't let me play (or withdraw) until I send them 4 forms of ID which I don't actually have.

They're now ignoring me and are quite happily keeping my cash for their own grubby hands.

Don't waste your money .... not once had bonus or had fun game for the small time playing . You don't mind losing if you had bit of fun but this just eats all your money with no bonus or good lines ever . Money and time wasted .

Since the take over, Jackpot Party now SlotsMagic has lost its appeal, customer service levels have dropped, VIP programme it the worst I have seen and they false advertise on there website saying platinum VIP + get faster payouts yet turns out this is not the case and subject to approval, of course the first time I asked for this they never did it??

UPDATE 26-06-14:
Things have got worse here, the management sent my an email on the 3rd of June confirming for the month with would process my withdrawals faster. For the next 4 withdrawals I was required to battle for hours on live chat just to get what had been agreed. Then it took another level, on 25-06-14 I made a withdrawal to be informed management had decided to go against our agreement and would not process my withdrawal as agreed in there email. I can honestly say SlotsMagic has the worst customer service I have EVER received online and as a VIP I dread to think how they treat standard players. I have now requested they close my account, I suggest if you like honest straight casinos stay clear here. I would suggest BGO & SlotBoss, much better service for VIPs.
