Working with Will was a seamless experience. He is calm, understands the needs of the client and brings with him some very good interior design ideas.

So far during our kitchen journey we have had a fantastic experience with Smallbone.

A good honest garage my clutch went whilst under guarantees. Unfortunately Smallbones were short staffed with heavy workload. Could not repair my car for 3 weeks. I needed it in 2 days to get to work. Another garage put a new clutch in for me and smallbones paid the bill without a quibble. Good to know in this day and age. Highly recommend.

Firstly, we would like to thank Sophie for making our visit to the showroom a fabulous experience. Sophie’s knowledge and creativity gave us the confidence to invest in a bespoke Smallbone kitchen. The workmanship, quality and choice is unsurpassed We are very excited to go on this journey and can’t wait to see the end result .

Jay Godwin was the associate who supported us through the process of finding the right style and layout for our study. He was patient, supportive and gave so much of his time to ensure he came up with a solution that worked for us perfectly. The whole process has been fantastic and we can’t wait to have the finished product installed. Thanks to Jay, we are confident it will be fantastic.

We recently did a new kitchen and bar with Smallbone. Their attention to detail, overall design and communication was great. When install got delayed, they went above and beyond to step up to the plate for us. In particular, Sophie Vile was exceptional to work with.

We started out looking for a very different type of kitchen with a different supplier until I met William and ask him to design something completely different to what we were looking at and all I can say is Wow! I was so impressed with what he designed and needless to say we have progressed with Smallbone and look forward to its installation. We were very pleased with the excellent aftercare service provided by Smallbone. Marco Toscano, the Aftercare Administrator, arranged for Charlie, their Technician, to come to our house at short notice to fix the door panel of our fridge. They were both exceedingly helpful and pleasant to deal with and Charlie sorted out our problem most efficiently.

It was our first experience with Smallbone and was excellent both quality of the kitchen and customer service. We have installed several kitchen in the past with other companies, but Smallbone is just outstanding. Thank you so much to the whole team for our amazing kitchen! The kitchen works so well, so beautiful, cosy and practical, we wouldn’t change a thing! It was great experience, in fact the best we ever had, starting from the design by Vince it was long process and thank you for your patience, at the end we still come back to the original design which is the best, later project managing by Lydia and all the details required and lastly installation by Dean and Charlie was excellent, focus on the details, always finding solutions in old listed Georgian house is not easy. After the kitchen was installed the team come back in few months to check all the cabinets are working perfectly - that what we call outstanding service! Everything worked so well at the end and we are really pleased with the final result! Thank you to the team again for all your work and long process on it.

Customer service is paramount at Smallbone, not only from the start but also post-sale. We can categorically say that thanks to AndyMcCarron and his team, it has been an exemplary experience working with Smallbone. We all experience issues, but whenever we had one, Andy excelled in dazzling us with solutions.

We have been searching for a new kitchen since 2019 or even earlier. However, due to the Covid-19 situation and ensuring our kids were settled in their new school, we had to postpone the renovations. But now, it's the perfect time to proceed with the renovations in our house.
We had been researching different kitchen brands and came across Smallbone, which aligned well with our design aspirations.
We had an initial meeting at the Smallbone studio with lona, our kitchen designer. She was incredibly helpful, attentive to our needs, and had a perfect understanding of what we wanted. Additionally, their company owner was very friendly and accommodating during our visit.
We were thrilled to make the decision to work with them, and we can't wait for the new kitchen to be installed. We are now looking forward to the next steps of the process.
