Avoid always.
Been trying to get hold of them all day with no use, they messaged to say my device isn’t reporting. So I tried to ring. No answer. Now they’ve cancelled my policy. Still won’t answer the phone.

I have been driving last 15 years years and never have any issue with any insurance company, but this is one of my worst experience ever. I don’t recommend anyone to use the service.

This is my 2nd bad review of this insurance company. I recieved a letter 2 weeks ago telling me they intended to cancel my insurance because my tag wasn't working properly. This comes after two previous threats to cancel my insurance, 1 came before the insurance policy even started (I took it our early) and 2 came because my car was in arnold clark for 7 weeks and the tag was seen to be moving in accordance with my mobile app. This time it was because the tag stopped reading my travel and linking to my app. I tried calling to sort it out but was in the que for more than 1h on 5 occasions. I emailed the company explaining and was told to call. I couldn't get through. I emailed again and had no response. I called twice today on hold forn45 minutes each time and eventually got through to be told there was nothing they could do as they were just the broker and not the insurance provider. So why ask me to call? Also, when I try to access the app, it tells me its recording my drive and I can't use it while it's recording. Even when I'm not in the car so how can I relink it yo the app of I can't actually get on the app? So now I'm half way through my policy and they have cancelled it. Please avoid this company. Its nice and cheap but had been a headache since signing with them

Fraud company who will do everything to try and cancel your policy.

Wish I’d read the reviews before joining these last year. Worst company i have ever been with. And to make matters worse they have now made it difficult for me to get insurance elsewhere.
I was struggling with mental health last year/this year and I wasn’t leaving the house never mind using my car. They pestered me constantly even though I’d explained on numerous occasions what has been the issue.

Low and behold they’ve cancelled my insurance and other companies are now saying that I’m a liability?

They were getting £55 a month off me… a customer with 6 years no claims and not even using the car. FREE MONEY!

The biggest offence these guys committed for me was to indicate up to 40% discount on the next year's insurance if I allowed an invasive tag to be placed in my car. With a score of 80% the app told me I could be eligible for the 40%, yet when my renewal arrived they had given me a measly £40 reduction, which worked out at less than 10%! I drive a small car, rarely see a motorway and have no claims/damages. Horrendous.

The second offence was that when I did call up to change my insurance to a new car I was kept waiting for 40 minutes and then charged to change my car and address. Sadly this is common for insurance companies but still unacceptable (my new car was basically a newer model - if anything it is safer and less likely to breakdown and cause a crash).

Between the false advertising and Big Brother approach to monitoring your driving, steer well clear of these guys. Charlatans.

Terrible service. I paid my insurance in full, but after I cancelled my insurance with 3 months remaining, I was hit with a bill. I was of the opinion I should have been offered a pro-rata rebate, but the terms they have are very unfair and aggressive. I checked with my brother who works in insurance and he said that although the charges were in keeping with the terms, they didn't seem fair.

Using compare The market they want to charge me £6.195.08 pa or £6,940.69 over 12 months and also play big brother with my driving it's only a Dacia Jogger, or I could go with Swift for £210.83, smart drivers what an irony. Haha

Avoid using this company, my insurance is up in few days, with the black box fitted with this company i have an excellent score & from the insurance app it says i was looking at a 40% discount because of my sensible driving, only to receive an email saying i have to find another insurance company because for some reason they can't insure me for my next year? Only thing i can think of is because they don't want to give me the 40% discount, bet they would have insured me if my score was poor so they could bump up the insurance price, i have screenshots of my score from the app telling me my driving is excellent & that i'll be looking at a 40% discount & also have my email telling me they can't insure me as proof

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a black box and the road I was driving on went from a 50mph to a 70mph and I sped up after the sign. They refused to believe this and cancelled my policy instantly without warning. I then tried to explain to them my situation and to not cancel it as I wasn't speeding. My score rating on the app was ‘very good’ and said I was due a discount aswell, so I think when you are due a discount they find out any way to cancel your policy so they don’t lose money. They were so rude over the phone and refused (calls cost aswell by the way). I then had to send the blackbox back or they charge you £100 for it. I have since emailed 10 times over the course of 3 months asking for my No Claims Bonus certificate back and I have been ignored! Which is highly illegal! Since then they have sent me bills of outstanding balances not even explaining what these charges are for. So expect random bills 3 months after your policy ending etc. Do not expect them to reply to your emails as they want you to phone up as you have to pay for the calls too! Please avoid! I am from the UK too.

this company is based in Gilbraltar, got a quote for insurance £7500.00 with £450 ex. my lowest quote was £450.00 Yes the quote from this company is 7 thousand 5 hundred Pounds. aviod

All communication was done by email, because of attachments they all went into spam so not received, before we knew it the policy was cancelled and our daughter was charged with driving with no insurance and got 6 points on her license. When we phoned the company they were less than helpful. Absolutely useless company - steer clear.

Awful experience - avoid at all costs.

App was actually pretty good, customer service used to be much better.

Recently things have changed.

Despite being a loyal customer for 4 years, for some reason, I haven't been offered a policy renewal.

Moved to another provider and trying to get my proof of no claims discount, which I was told would be sent when my policy ended (it wasn't).

The problem I have now is that my new insurer is (rightfully) requesting proof of no claims and I don't have it, despite promises from SDCI.

This means I may lose over 10 years NCD, appalling, avoid at all costs, not reputable.

Not even got time to explain my experience with them all I have to say is AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scamming unprofessional disgusting joke of a company

Absolute sham of a company, treated my claim as 50 50 even though had msgs of the driver saying sorry and he'd pay would not take as proof, removed the tag as broke, they say I have to pay £60, told me after 30 days to chase for the proof of footage. Joke of a company now they sending me cancellation and I had a breakdown cus of this company. Reporting to trading standards

It was cheap, I didn't really want a black box (in reality a GPS tag on the windshield), it is very inaccurate, I only drive my car on the weekends, and you will have frequent conversations with their GPS tracking team encouraging you to take a trip around the block just to keep the thing working. Been driving carefully, but any time my phone's Bluetooth is not switched on, it's another penalty. I never speed or brake suddenly, yet I was told the driving was "fair" and not good. I complained, and the rating was improved... I am not sure what algorithms are being used but there are issues with the GPS.

Also changed my car from an X5 to a smaller vehicle, there was a charge of £65 to send out another GPS tag. You then have to set the tag up with the App again.

You can't use the car between 11pm-6 am, so hope there's no hospital trips involving loved ones during this time or you lose points for it (without an email or written explanation to their office).

Cancelling this policy now, the being tracked isn't great, and too many reviews say they don't pay out in the event of an accident or it's too much aggro.

Gone with a better provider, I suggest you do the same.

Had none stop problems with this company. My daughter is in the military and her car doesn’t move much. She has a black box fitted. The company keeps saying the box isn’t responded. Despite several emails rxplaining this,, and responses saying they are aware and have made note but the warnings are just automatic emails and can’t be stopped,, they have continued to send them now cancelled her policy Xmas day!!!! They also wouldn’t pay out in a claim!!!! Avoid please. They may come up cheap but clearly cheap for a reason

To be honest, shouldn't even have 1 star, I purchased the insurance for my son's car, it wasn't due for renewal for 14 days, they told me the smart plug was posted ( it wasn't) they then emailed me to say if it wasn't activated within 7 days the policy would be canceled ( the policy was due to start until 7 days after it was received ) then when my son did put the device in the emailed the following day to say the policy was canceled after it pinged that he was doing 34 in a 30 ( the policy still was even due to start yet) , he then canceled before it was even due to start they charged £70 for the smart plug as they said It was never returned ( the policy still wasn't due to start yet ) now 8 weeks after we returned the device they say it was never received and refuse to return the £70, stay clear of this company they con people form their own money, complete joke for young drivers as they pay enough money out on taking up insurance.

I had an accident 3 days ago and have been trying to call up to report it !!
No one ever answers the phone when you press 1 to arrange a call back no one returns your call.
What am I meant to do !

Worst insurance company ever. I’m a learner and unable to go out in my car a lot. My car insurance was cancelled because I didn’t drive my car enough. What do they expect as a learner. Rubbish service throughout. Also tried charging me £100 for not returning the black box, when I was never provided with a free post envelope I was told they was sending. Would not recommend what so ever!!
