I had the worst experience
When I wanted to stop after the first month, and asked for a refund after paying £322.76 for this, I received only 3 books and a £15 website subscription. The answer I received was no. I am going through a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Now they are demanding a further £887.49 and threating court action if I do not pay. I have evidence for my statement to prove this review.
I have not even had one single driving lesson. How on earth is this fair? I truly regret the day joining Smartdriving. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Drive - Fantastic
Drive have been fantastic throughout, I've now qualified as an ADI, the course is fantastic and Mike in particular was brilliant support, I had plenty of queries and questions and Mike always answered, nothing was ever an issue and I can't thank him enough. I wish you all good luck for the future and hopefully our paths will cross again, David.

Honest Relevant and Current Professional Advice
I needed advice regarding development for, and options for ADI Part 3. I spoke with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in understanding my particular situation and in offering honest, relevant and current professional advice. DVSA advice and recommendations can be somewhat confusing, but Adam de-mystifyed these, and exlained the real and best educational and cost-effective options for me before taking ADI Part 3. Thanks Adam, your help is very much appreciated and I am happy to confirm my 5 star review of Smart Driving.

Great training from the team
Great training from the team
Really helped at every step and I become a full driving instructor recently .
Courses with other companies are way more expensive and than paying for separate training with trainers .
I definately recommend them as they know what they are doing .
The team is fantastic with lots of experience.

Can't fault it
Can't fault it. Started my training last April and found the I course in depth and very informative. The in car training was excellent both for part 2 and 3. I have just started as a PDI and already have a full diary after only one week on the road.

Excellent support from start to finish
I started my training with Drive November 2019. Then as you can guess the dredded covid came upon us and it slowed everything down.
Drive were supportive throughout and extended my part 1 training with no questions asked as there were no part 1 tests available.
The online course went above and beyond what was required to pass the part 1 which I did first time as soon as I could.
The part 2 training was arranged and was a good experience pointing out what was required to pass the part 2 which I again took as soon as I could and passed first time.
Part 3 in car training was again arranged quickly and provided by same trainer as my part 2 which allowed me to work up a good relationship with him. He was very supportive throughout the training right up to time of taking the part 3. Knowing how tough the part 3 is I allowed time to fully prepare for it following my trainers advice. When I did take it I passed first time.
All I can say is even though I've only actually met my in car trainer face to face every time I've needed any help, it's been provided. The support from Drive has been excellent and that's all you can ask, we'll apart from providing the training to get to ADI, for me they have done it.

I spent some time looking for ADI…
I spent some time looking for ADI training and found Smart driving fitted in with my personal training schedule. I paid less than 2k for the course.
On-line course very good with lots of help from the training team when needed and other useful tools provided FOC.
Part two on-line training was great and very helpful as was the in car training, additional training was offered without additional costs but not needed and a clean sheet recorded for my Part two test.
Part 3 training has been great, with on line training and zoom meetings.
I'm now doing the in car training sessions and have found plenty of help from the Drive team and have a great trainer.
Highly recommend Drive, very helpful, professional and customer centered.

TRAINING WITH SMARTDRIVE
I started this training just prior to the pandemic so it has been a little longer than normal but everything connected to the pandemic has been affected, I chose SmartDriving for their training after a lot of research on many different major national companies providing training and have found them to be incredibly supportive throughout my training, I'm now working as a PDI toward my part 3 after having top notch in car training with Mike but the support from the DRIVE support team is excellent too, can't fault them.

Brilliant training provider and…
Brilliant training provider and supportive throughout the process from the start. I had joined a different school before and noticed the great difference hence why i joined them. The initial course is constructive and prepare you for the real job giving all aspects beforehand so you can know what you facing. I had 2 different trainers they both are excellent at a high standard training level and the training is always focused on me to successfully go through. I'm grateful to the team for the efforts they put into it and even when i had an issue it's dealt with in good time and excellent outcome.
I've passed part1 part2 both first time and exited to start my trainee licence working under their franchise 1st of August.
More than happy with so far.

SUPERB TRAINING 👌
SUPERB TRAINING 👌 I 1st started training with Smartdriving 5yrs ago, passed my Part 1 & 2 but had to put on hold due to family deaths. Due to time lapse I had to start again, then covid hit & yet again had to start again. I wouldn't of gone with any other company as ALL the team at Smartdriving have done their best to accommodate me time & time again. I'm now on my PDI Badge with them & their training is so in depth because of all their knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about going on this journey. Well Done Smartdriving & thank you so much for sticking by me through some difficult times.

Smart driving has been great from the start if u put in the work at the start you will start to see the rewards . My part 2 training was fantastic passed my part 2 test first time and now I’m working on my pink licence and have a franchise with drive which has been great aiming to pass my part 3 . I can’t fault them they have been fantastic from start to finish

I went with Smart Driving after they were recommended. I had a lengthy conversation before making my decision and they were able to answer all my questions. The training has been excellent, very in-depth, both the online training and in car training when you reach part 2. The support throughout has been very good also. I felt I needed the support of a franchise when I made the decision to train as an instructor. I am grateful to have the support of smart driving.
