Not happy at all, buy a outfit for halloween and don’t even open it and you can tell it’s see through, no return papers and very difficult to find out how to return it online, send a refund request and they still haven’t gotten back to me

I ordered my daughter's Hippy costume on October 16, it said 7-10 days delivery. Unfortunately it is now November 4th and we still have not received it.
I called twice they said it shipped but were not able to provide any tracking information.

Ordered my outfit on the 26th October and was told it would arrive by the 28th. It is now the 3rd of November and It still hasn’t arrived. Rang up and was told it must’ve been lost in transit and was refunded promptly.

I ordered my Halloween costume on the 24th October. Smiffy’s website claimed it was being delivered first class, and my outfit would be delivered no later than the 27th October. It is now the 31st October and my delivery has not arrived. If it does arrive, I will be sending it straight back.

Great quality costumes, was delivered quick as well. Definitely order from them again 😉

Everything was packed well except for the mask which is made out of what looks like plaster of Paris, so is broken across the nose and sides. Won’t be able to wear it tonight for the party, disappointed 😞🎃

Stay away! False advertising from this site!
I ordered a costume for my son’s first birthday and it didn’t make it in time. First, it was advertised that it will be shipped internationally (to the US) via UPS INTERNATIONAL. Of course I had to pay for shipping. Then it was said that it will arrive in 7-10 days.

When I followed up, they didnt provide me with a tracking number because they said that it was delivered via Royal UK and it wasn’t trackable. Why Royal UK and not UPS International?? Then they said that it was 7-10 working days! It was not stated that it was working days.

To cut the long story short, it didn’t make it in time for my sons first birthday! What a way to ruin his first birthday.

To add to that, customer service takes a loooong time for them to get back to you. I even had to follow up before they responded!

Terrible!!! I will never again order from Smiffys. Not recommended!

Not received items yet and been a week. False delivery date was provided at checkout. Spoke to customer service who have been very unhelpful and just said to return item once i receive. Requested a tracking number but not yet received a response. This was my first order but will never order from here again as been such a poor experience.

Bought two outfits. Grandson was thrilled to bits with King Arthur outfit because he likes sparkly things. He was a bit disappointed that the army outfit did not include the helmet shown on the package photo.

Well made in comparison to some dressing-up outfits available at other outlets.

One of the wigs was horrible and could not of been used in the video recording for our friends Golden wedding🙁 Mine was fantastic, it spoilt it as I had a 70 ‘s hair style but my husband didn’t !

Did not receive my package and was unable to track it. Very upset
