Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Authentic looking burn scar. There is not enough adhesive glue provided, just two tiny tubes and so some area of the latex couldn't be covered. The mask started to peel off so feel disappointed.

I purchased an outfit (order number SMCOM99190) 12/14 but it’s far too small. I’m a 10/12 normally but this outfit is far too small. I want to return it for a refund but not getting response from Smiffys’s. So this is why I have only given it 1 star.

Great customer service. My costume arrived with a button missing. I emailed them to inform them and they sent me a replacement costume that was with me a day later! Fantastic to go through such a trouble free experience when a problem arose.
