The whole experience, from having the salesman round,to the surveyor appointment, and up to the fitting was first class. There was a small issue that arose a little while after fitting was completed, but the after sales service team resolved that with no problems and very promptly. Would definitely have no issues with passing this company on to anyone who was interested in having new windows fitted.

Mr. B Oliver who came to give a quote was very polite and did not put pressure on me to get a sale. The work carried out was very quick, clean and efficient

Had a new door fitted April 22 absolutely first class 2 lads turned up old door and frame was gone in less than 5 minutes new door fitted in less than an hour
There was a slight problem with the door handle not their fault they went away and was back within the hour with a different handle job completed very tidy no rubbish cleaned up after themselves I would recommend smiths to anyone that’s the 3rd time I’ve used them and every time they have been the same brilliant

It was a very easy process made easier by the staff at smiths. From the survey visit to choosing the windows and them being installed. No hassle with plenty of communication and a clean and tidy install. My experience with smiths was very good 👍

A new back door with low threshold was fitted so my mum would have wheelchair access to the back garden. It was ordered and fitted with no problems at an excellent price. All mess was cleared. Many Thanks

The after salesmanship was also excellent.

I'm pleased with the finished product now. But your Customer service is very poor needs to improve in letting customers know when there is a problem with the work being done, seemed only time you got in touch with me was when next payment was due. I seemed do the phoning too ask what is happening and when the person who I was talking too was not about left message but not always got back in touch or passed on to explain what is happening at each section of the work. Got annoyed with your company lacking in keeping me updated. Your Builders was excellent no problems with them, installation team was fine, Plaster and Floor Layer was good as well. To recommend your company I would have to think about this more.

My brother got his windows and front door done, very nice quality and installation fitters very polite and tidy workers, little problem with front door closing properly but one phone call to them and were out very quick and rectified it, he was more than happy with them, and cost.

7 windows & front door fitted over 2 days, all was left clean & tidy after each day.
All staff from office & fitters all polite & friendly.
Not that I have anything else to replace but I would not hesitate to use Smith glass again.

The initial consultation was carried out efficiently and effectively and the man who came round was really helpful even though he was new in his role.

The actual glass fitter that then came round was also very helpful and re-fixed my whole door unit for me aswell as quickly replacing my windows and also hoovering and cleaning up all my broken glass for me.
