Honestly the service from SP is second to none, even though I had a bad experience with the Maple flavouring cracklings (going forward I’ll try new flavours in smaller packets instead of making assumptions and purchasing larger amounts straight away), the company was lovely - they reached out almost immediately and genuinely seemed like they cared - following up to check if everything was okay.
Just because I didn’t vibe with a flavour doesn’t mean I’ll never order from here again, and the excellent customer service has only served to hasten how quickly I’ll make my next purchase

For years Snaffling Pig has been my number one "go to" brand for packets of crackling loveliness. Always cooked and packaged to perfection. However there have been a few occasions over the last 12 months where the quality has been variable. When they are good, then they are great, but recently I've had some packets where the crackling has been so hard / tough that they are almost inedible for fear of cracking a tooth. Not sure if I've just had some "unlucky packets" or if something has changed in the cooking / packaging / storage processes but I've had some disappointments recently. (All packets have been well inside the 'consume by' dates). To be clear, Snaffling Pig is still my favourite brand and they smash the competition at every level, but recently I've found myself opening every SP packet with a degree of trepidation. Really hope that this review reads fairly and might prompt SP to just do a quick review of processes to ensure that nothing is being missed and causing the odd problem.

If you love pork crackling then this is the place to be. Proper crunchy crackling with decent choice of flavours. They come in many different sizes so great for a quick snack or for sharing around with a few mates, look out for the pigging sales as some real bargains can be found. Customer service is also top notch, I Had an issue and they responded with positivity and very quickly.

Everything and the emails received

After experience delivery issues with the courier and having my parcel “damaged” by them and left without, Snaffling Pig sent a replacement within a day with no questions. Unfortunately that parcel was missing some items, so after just one email I had another replacement the next day by a different courier which arrived the next working day. No fuss. No probing questions. Just excellent customer service. Not to mention amazing products!

Ordered as a Birthday present, Item not delivered very little help or support. No explanation or attempt to rectify. Hugely disappointing end to end.

I had a problem with some packets purchased in a garden centre and posted a negative review on trustpilot as a result.

Was contacted by SP who sent me a variety pack in compensation and I removed the review as reciprocation of their goodwill.

The six packs sent have so far been superb and I will open an account and order direct as these are the best scratchings I have ever had.

I ordered a jar of plain pork scratchings for my dad for Father’s Day and unfortunately they where a bit soft and stale.I order regularly from here and I knew it must’ve been just a one off situation as I’ve never had any issues before so I emailed SP and they where very kind to send me another one along with a Father’s Day gift to apologise for any inconveniences caused.Delivery was very quick and the team I wrote to where very kind and professional!
I will be ordering again!

I placed an order 2 days ago for Father's Day and it's not yet been despatched. I tried to cancel by email but received an automated reply which was of no help whatsoever.

There is no way to contact anyone as there is no phone number and emails receive an automated reply. On top of that there is nowhere on the website to cancel an order and nowhere that tells you how to cancel.

Disappointing company and terrible customer service, well lack of.

I had 2 products missing in my delivery, I ordered a selection of and 2 bags of peanuts, the peanuts were missing sos ent an email straight away, with photo evidence. It took them about 3 days to respond and the email I got back said…”many thanks, we’ve sent a replacement, much love, SP Team” ummm…where is the apology??? Bloody awful customer service, something that was a fault of their own and received no apology whatsoever! This was a gift for Fathers Day, so it’s a massive shame I had this trouble as he loves the snacks but I won’t be purchasing from this company again!

They are all taste really good. I already made 2 orders. There are gift options too and my whole family adores me since I found out about this Delicious snack. Easy to order and it's being delivered to my door. Thank you.
