The Professional Snagging Company Avaliações

Fantastic service! Very easy to book, clear information and communication and flexibility on the day of the survey. The surveyor was very good, professional, skilled and helpful. He picked up on everything I later noticed myself and lots of things I didn’t notice or wouldn’t have known to look for. Excellent snagging report which was immediately accepted by my new build developer. I would highly recommend this company!

Steve was fantastic. He was so thorough with our snagging list and turned the report around within 24 hours. We recommended him to both our neighbours and would reccomended to anyone else! We are so pleased we went ahead with the service as it gave us piece of mind that everything has been checked! Thank you Steve!

Comprehensive check and detailed report email within short time after inspection. All what's needed!

The gentleman from professional snagging company was very good at explaining some issues in our new build house and in every way he was helpful, professional and provided a super helpful report showing which snagging issues we may want sorted out.

Steve was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire snagging inspection. His attention to detail was excellent and he identified issues that I would never have noticed myself. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and provided a detailed report that was easy to understand, with lots of photos / evidence. I would highly recommend Steve and the Professional Snagging Company to anyone wanting a reliable and professional snagging service.

Good communication from the start. Our snagger, John Corbey was excellent. Very professional, spent a long time inspecting every inch of our newbuild and was full of useful and interesting information. We would not hesitate to recommend him or the company and in fact we already have done!

Rory was amazing in helping us with the snagging for our plot . Very professional throughout and also made sure that all my queries were attended to. .10/10 service and highly recommend

Great professional company

I had an excellent experience with The Professional Snagging Company during my post‑completion inspection. Mark, the inspector, arrived on time, was professional, and took his time with every detail. The final report was comprehensive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone buying a new‑build property

We recently had a post-completion snagging inspection. Rory was really impressive and has sharp eyes. He clearly explains to us his findings. Will definitely recommend this company’s service to anyone looking for a snagging inspection.

Very professional company, helpful, easy to book and competitive price for an amazing survey.
Graham, the surveyor, was top, very experienced and with an eye for details, he explained the reasons for every issue he found, how it should have been done and how to approach the builder to fix it.
Very happy with the service, I truly recommend them and I will book them again to reinspect my property after the builder fixes the issues Graham spotted in his report.

Very good service. John was excellent, very professional.

Great experience with the company. The booking system is easy to use, customer support is responsive and helpful. Inspector Rory is flexible and arrive early. He is doing the job professionally and timely. The report is prepared in high quality with great details while still able to deliver in hours after the job done per my request to catch up follow up schedule. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company. Rory was superb at identifying issues and potential issues with my new house. Super fast turnaround of documentation as well. Flawless in my opinion and my standards are high.

I had an amazing experience, they offered me convenient time despite being relatively close of my completion date. When I arrived, Tony had already done one the outside of the address. They were efficient and efficacious, I felt they were thorough but didn’t take any longer than needed. Tony went above and beyond. They told me I would receive the report within 48 hours, yet I was lucky enough to only wait 24! I would highly recommend them
